ORDER OF THE REFORGED
ᛟᚱᛞᛖᚱ ᛟᚠ ᛏᚺᛖ ᚱᛖᚠᛟᚱᚷᛖᛞ

The Order of the Reforged itself has been reforged from the Watch of the Flame. This order has been remade in order to provide penance to those dwarves who seek to atone for sins or to return to the faith, and pledge service to the Brathmordakin so they may enter Khaz’A’Dentrumm. Members of this order must swear oaths to prioritise their penance and duty to the faith and Brathmordakin, above mortal entrapments like politics. Brothers and Sisters of this order are equal since it does not matter how far one is on the path of penance, for they still have a long way to go. However, ranks are given for better organisation of the order. To avoid temptation and to remain pure in function and goal, members of this order cannot become Kings or Clan Fathers, but they may work and rise in rank with the Grand Legion or within the clergy.

The Order was created to allow devout dwedmar to embody their piety through the protection of the clergy and service to the faith, as well as to give those who have wronged or sinned to find forgiveness in the eyes of the Brathmordakin. Through their devout actions, the dwed of this order reforge their dwedohim into something worthy of entering Kaz’A’Dentrumm. A dwarf will not be judged for their past crimes within this order, only given a path of absolution, but committing a crime while being a member or breaking their vows renders their life forfeit.

To begin the path of reforging, a member must swear all the minor oaths. Once they have spent sufficient time living by these, they may proceed to swear all the major oaths and subsequently achieve a high rank within the order.

A longbeard yet unaffiliated to any of the cults participating in the dwarven religious schism is delivered the missive by a breathless apprentice. Kragdin instinctively handed the spade he was shoveling coal with to the young dwarf, his attention swiftly diverted to the parchment. As the beardling resumed his master's task, filling the furnace with a dark bed of coal, the Starbreaker's brows furrowed as he read the message. Only but a short moment after having begun to peruse the missive, he tossed it into the furnace, then opting to pump the bellows, breathing new life into the flames. As his gaze wandered off into the rising fire, he tempestuously uttered to his apprentice "Blind fools, all of them. This is no clergy of our faith, this is a group of enforcers, their word as twisted as the roots of the trees they live under. They claim to offer penance for sins uncommitted! PAH!he spat out, anger swelling in his chest. "Who are they to render such insult upon our kind! Our own ancestors and the Brathmordakin are the only ones capable of judging us in life and death, no true dwarf would dare to claim otherwise! In such trying times, we shall rely on our traditions for guidance, for surely, one who walks the same path as the venerable Gotrek will be judged fairly by the gods, perched on their High Seats, regardless of what beardlings from Hefrumm think..."

Jarl Baldin "Ironside" Frostbeard remembers the Order of the Flame, established in Axios. He remembers the pain and suffering caused by the second rebellion and how among those that participated were those that sought to atone, and how others wished for the opportunity to be given to others that had been executed instead. He smiles as he sees that the High Prophet takes up the holy work of upkeeping dwarven morality despite the attempts of heretics and unapologetic kinslayers to weaken his resolve on a daily basis. Gathered around with his family telling them the tales of the unstable years and about the order of the flame, the predecessor order to the order of the reforged.

"Truleh a great dwed thes lad be, following tha teachings ef Bjor bringing prospereteh to tha forest dwed, and at tha same time going out ef 'es wae to bring peace and tha same prospereteh to tha otha dwed. As a' served Fili Grandaxe's ordah ef tha flame a' will do mi duteh to guide all those tha seek to repent through their oaths. Tha death ef a dwed es shame even ef they are kinslayers er 'eretics, thes gives them tha chance to regain their dwedo'im and 'av a chance to 'av tha doors ef Kaz'A'Dentrumm opened to them. Et es bettah than the alternative ef jest killen them and dooming them fer certain...tho sureleh tha will be tha end ef those tha do net seek to atone fer their sins."

Briga ignores all the passive aggressive comments made by people with nothing of substance to say and just hopes the best for her friend and his new project, knowing that bashing the only Dwarf who works tirelessly for their community accomplishes nothing.

In a moment of enlightenment does the hot-headed Starbreaker speak to like-minded kin as he dwells within Kal'Darakaan. For how long he will continue to live there, he does not know, for he feels his words too might be censored. "Et appears tah meh t'at this schism was unavoidable. Rebelling Rhun Cultists seeking tah upset dah status quo by provoking' ah reaction through their actions, and dah suh called official Dwedmar faiths who seem tah 'ave nay idea wot t'ey stand fur. These oaths are naught but ahn example 'o 'ow t'ey seek tah fill the void tha lack 'o true spiritual content leaves. Et ain't about dah oaths, et's about wot message this sends... But et seems our Rhun Cult daen't shy away from needlessly raising Cain..." Dwonki rubbed his forehead.
