THE ANDROMEDAN COURT

2nd the Horen’s Calling, 62BA

The Crown and the House of Novellen are excited to announce the birth of the fourth child to His Majesty, Adrian I and Queen Andromeda Ester of Ba’as. The labor occurred across continents in the Principality of Ba’as under the watchful eyes of Queen Andromeda’s family, thus dated for the 2nd the Horen’s Calling, 62BA .

The darling Princess, fourth in line to inherit and third daughter to the Royal couple has tresses of dark auburn and eyes like her mothers. Accordingly to her birth locality, she was named after the Queen’s mother, Princess Daria of Ba’as, and a Rhenyari styled first designation. She was later baptized by local canonist priests as the Queen wished GOD to be with her and her daughter on their voyage home.

Hence, the Crown of Balian declares the birth of

PRINCESS EIRENE DARIA NOVELLEN

AN ACCOUNT OF HER TOUR

Andromeda began the journey to Ba’as by recruiting a few loyal courtiers, a crew, and a previous captain for her voyage. She faithfully wished her husband and three children farewell, entrusting the courts to her mighty Palatiodora and setting foot onto a familiar ship. It had been the same one that had taken her from Ba’as to Balian and later from Almaris to Aveos with safety. It was only right and safe to use the sea-hardened wood than a new ship that might have faults.

Her capitan set a source home and she sent a letter to her mother, Princess Daria of Ba’as, informing them of her soon arrival. According to her, the winds pulled her across the sea with haste but roughly a month along the journey a terrible storm hit the water and lasted three days. It shook the planks and nails that held the great old boat together and all those aboard had to aid in heaving buckets of water overboard so the ship would not sink.

The storm eventually subsided and the second Mate, a Ser Constance d’Louer, patched all remaining holes in the ship and successfully saved all aboard from impending doom. The rest of the voyage was uneventful and dull until the familiar warmth in the air greeted Andromeda and her crew, some of which had never experienced such heat. As they docked, they were welcomed by the royal houses of Ba’as and led to the palace. There, the crew of the ship were allowed room and board to recover as Andromeda dined with her family.

At said dinner, Andromeda’s older sister, Asria, would reveal that through her medical studies she had become very knowledgeable on pregnancies and from the very first moment she spotted Andromeda, she knew the woman was expecting. It was decided that she would stay in Ba’as for the remainder of her terms for the health of the baby who had been disconnected from solid ground its entire life.

Thereafter, Andromeda would spend the rest of her pregnancy resting in the warm deserts around Ba’as, adventuring in carriages with her younger sister, Princess Norah, but soon the baby came. Overseen by the best doctors in the principality and witnessed by the Queen’s mother and sisters, the delivery of the Balian royal went smoothly. She was baptized once the Queen had recovered her strength, she herself wrote about how beautiful the ceremony was in a letter to her husband.

However the adventure came to a close par the request of the Monarch to see his newborn before she would not recognize her own father. Therefore the party of loyal courtiers, crew, captain, and Andromeda with her daughter would return to the ship. But this time, per the desire of Princess Norah, she would join the crew to Balian in an effort to explore the world further.

So after yet another voyage across the seas, Queen Andromeda and her party would safely set foot in the capital of Balian once more. This time, returning home.
