Issued on the 6th of Malin's Welcome, Anno Domini 1931

To the laity and clergy of the Canonist Church,

Since we have settled into the land of Aevos, many buildings belonging to the Church have been established already. These range from the grandiose and splendorous Cathedrals and Churches that dot the continent, to the intimate and humble shrines and chapels, that together with various monasteries, priories, abbeys, parochial homes, offices, estate lands and other properties belonging to our Holy Church make up a great and numerous sprawl of holdings. To get a clear picture of which properties the Church owns across Canondom, I hereby establish the temporary Church Holdings Commission. Headed by myself and joined by Father Mikhael of Whitespire and Father Theo of Minitz as well as any others who henceforth seek to aid in this endeavor, the Church will set to compile a list of all its holdings divided by Diocese to ensure their proper management. Additionally this commission shall seek to establish a formal system for keeping this compilation updated going forward. Once the commission has served its purpose, another missive shall be issued to inform Canondom of its progress and findings.

Signed,
His Eminence Father Arnaud de Novellen, Pontifical Chamberlain, Cardinal of the Canonist Church, Archbishop of Albarosa, Bishop of Buron, Pastor of the Crownlands.
