With the recent raising of the Most Honorable Edvard Kervallen as the Regent Silver Lubba of the Most Serene State of Lurin, it is declared:

Following the will of Eshtael and Tahariae

The horse known as Windfola, known for having been the Regent’s steed for decades is named Council of the State and thus must be referred as His Lordship Windfola Kervallen. Henceforth receiving the treatment as a citizen of the State, Windfola will hold a seat at the city council, with all the honors brought by such position.
