A scourge that has taken and harmed all that walks the planes of existence. A darkspawn that is naught but a constant threat to all that lives a mortal existence of peace. It is known, with the information that Azdromoth has seemingly made an alliance with Necromancers, and the Azdrazi now possess three Dragons of varying size, including Azdromoth himself, who all share the Ibleesian goal of destroying our shared realm. These dragonkin have grown more confident, professing their allegiances in the square of Balian and casting their dark magic. They have slaughtered our Prince-Consort, Ezren Kervallen, sacrificed Alberic du Lac and assaulted our people for decades. We Balianese have faced a Dragon descending on our lands, we stood bravely and saw to its death. We shall stand again to defeat those that threaten to bring ruin to our land and reduce it to ash. Balian did not slay Cloudbreaker alone, such relies upon the unity of descendant kind, humanity, dwarf-kind, elven-kind and orcish all united in this common cause. While we await the Church and Paladins resolving their issues, we shall prove that those who hold no magical persuasion have the strength to handle this issue without the followers of Xan. The Crown of Balian henceforth declares itself to be at war against the Dragonkin and any who ally themself with them. Any whom are found to be allied with or they themselves Dragonkin shall be killed on sight with prejudice.
