The Caelian Senate has decided it is imperative to banish the possession of weapons within the walls of Caelia by non-citizens of the city

Second Decree.

The Caelian Senate has decided amongst themselves that if a Consul is to call the Senate to meet a minimum of three members must show up for the session to start.

Third Decree.

As it has been made clear by the Caelian Senate the act of building outside of the city in Caelian lands will need to be approved by the senate. Buildings that were built outside of the city before this act is passed will have to pay tax on said property, that being twenty mina

Fourth Decree

Fifth Decree

As has been precedent in Caelian culture, the Senate has seen it fit to write the practices into law as to not have confusion when they are acted upon by those unaware. The Pater Families; that is the married father at the head of a household is to govern life and death over their household, which includes their unmarried family members if they do not live with the Pater Familes. The Senate and Legion will not intervene if the Pater Familes deems a death necessary within those prerogatives.

Sixth Decree

As the Caelian Senate has deemed it fit there is to be a writ of ownership over children in a family by their Pater Families. Legal Boys and Girls through adoption or through birth and raising; are to be the property of their Pater Families until the marriage of the child out of the initial family which is sanctioned by the Pater Families.
