As Kierd ran through the woods of Hefrumm, his mind was filled with one thought. “For the Clan” as his damned vuur’duur tained uncle Lurdoic, chased him down. As he reached the edge of the cliff, fiery tears formed in his eyes as he saw the stone below him, thoughts of his family, his twin sister, his mother, his father, his uncle, and the forest dwarves of Hefrumm flashed in his mind.

“EMERALD NEVER BREAKS”

He yelled, as he jumped to his death, to do what is needed and to protect those he loved.

The Green Priest, Kierd Garedynson, lay dead on the cliffs, body mangled and crumpled by jagged rock and metal. His "uncle" scavenging him like a vulture.

"... Th' fehk y'mean he's dead?"

Thurgrim had sighed at the news, settling his head into his hands and giving a light shake. No matter how hard the dwarf seemed to try, Garedyn's family kept having more and more instances of death, or near death.
