TO OUR DENIZENS OF LANDS OF RAVENMIRE, 

 

It pleases the Royal House of Rostova to reward those of whom that stand out from the rest of their peers, those of which excel in our core ideals of Honor, Loyalty, and Piety. With the powers vested unto us, we do raise Henry Arthur Haverlock, with the title of Duke of Blackworth.

 

Their Duties are as follows,

 

With our culture and beliefs that have been followed throughout the times, The House of Haverlock from the publishing of this writ will bear the title as Duke of Blackworth in perpetuity so long as they dwell and remain steadfast within our realm. With the bearing of such titles, the House of Haverlock are delegated the responsibilities of a noble under the Kingdom of Ravenmire and with it, the countless acts of duties that must be performed with it. 

 

The Duke will be granted the privilege of forming a standing levy and retain knights to stand ready at all times to ensure there is no civil unrest, to defend Ravenmire and the Royal Family. 

 

The House of Haverlock shall be granted the right to rule their lands and see fair treatment of the Ravenmire citizens who dwell within. 

 

The House of Haverlock will pay a royal tax upon their land to upkeep the realm they have earned. Haverlock will sit on the Royal family council and will give their thoughts on Crown matters within Ravenmire. 

 

Duke Haverlock will serve Ravenmire and will perform in upholding their duties within Ravenmire and the realm as a whole. 

 

With the Haverlock oath of fealty spoken, his oath held in perpetuity, the title shall pass down to the Duke Haverlock first born son or daughter and his legitimate issue and or designated heirs.
