Persecution and Pardons

The halfling known as Minto’lur is hereby banished from Krugmar, having his honorary status revoked, and his citizenship in Krugmar nullified. He will be now considered a whitewash in Krugmar, and will no longer have rights in Krugmar. He is being exiled for the following reasons:
1) He has abandoned his responsibilities in Krugmar
2) He has fled Krugmar to escape punishment
3) He has forsaken the spirits by practicing Druidism

His practice of Druidism, whether it be no longer, was not pardoned, and shall result in his hunt until his death. His vows as an honorary have been broken by these tricks he has played against our people, and hereby shall be named whitewashed. No orc, honorary, or vassal, are exempt to the laws in which they have agreed to, and shall be punished harshly for breaking them.

The Alurian vassal state is hereby removed from Krugmar and their government is officially declared non-existent in the realm of the Iron Horde. They will no longer have a home in Krugmar, and their lands shall be sold to the next group of wary people who decide to settle in it. Aluria has not paid taxes in multiple years, and has stolen from Krugmar, and in doing so, results in them being evicted. These members of their leadership, known to many as Ember, and Jakob Calavénon, will also be given exiled status, and shall no longer be allowed in Horde lands, as they owe the Iron Horde one thousand and forty mina. Eight hundred of which is from a loan they have not paid back. Until they pay this back in full, they will no longer be allowed in Horde lands, and shall be executed on sight until they pay it off.

While these few are no longer allowed in the Horde lands, we are welcoming back another Horde member, and revoking their exiled status. This person is Gundanat’Vukh, wargoth of Vukh, and shall hereby be forgiven, and given a pardon for all past convictions. He is hereby given his rights back in Krugmar, and shall be respected by his fellow Uruk. He also will be given the exclusive right to live in places other than Krugmar, which is a rare thing to have, as a reward for his honor and hard work within Krugmar prior to his exile.

Votar’Lur, the Krimpgoth, looks upon the city from towering mountains, covered by the jungles of Beleth. A great beast over his shoulder, thrown atop the goblin that had explained him the missive. “Whitewazhed for practizing druidizm? Fled Krugmar? Abandoned rezponzibilitez-” The towering Uruk burst into a great laughter, stepping atop the Goblin that had been crushed by the dead beast. “Wub a bunch of pugzkah! Mi might undergruk tha first azh, for tha corrupted zhamanz do nub undergruk Freygothz will…” - “But the abandonment of Krug? Then all Orcz zhould be whitewazhed!”

“There was little negotiation- and he raised our taxes and demanded we pay something we didn’t agree on paper…it’s amazing what one orc can do when they falter to read- If he wants his Mina’s he will wait, that’s what he gets for changing the deal.” Said Ember from the mountain tops of the highlands.

Luthriel sighs, "We really need to be trying harder to retain our vassals and citizens.  This is becoming absurd."
