"RIP Shinji, should've done robotics. Would've been infinitely more badass n' some'ow feels like it'd've been funny." The beast-elf poured out a measly amount of his cold one for the Lich. He only remembered his mother, really. Pain in his side, she was... He didn't remember her son's crimes.

"Mordring said you're all failures behind your back, Takemura @wowj can confirm. Maybe grow a spine and do something for once?"

"Don't care didn't ask plus you're Ibleesian and also dead." He flipped off, taking a deep breath as he returned to his meditation. He knew his death would likely be just the beginning of something cataclysmic, but least there would be less raid ladders, for now.

In a moment akin to astral projection, his skygod is seen seething, crying over a drawing tablet with a gun to their head that says "deadlines" a la political cartoon. He turned to his mother, pleading for mercy.

"Mom... they're making fun of my character on Minecraft again..."

Spoiler

In all seriousness though, many thanks for all the interaction and event stuff even if we weren't able to do much-- at least on my end, not sure what other people have been saying or doing.  Honestly wish me and the lads were around more often at the same time to return the attention, but a lot of us have been either going through it or are only alive during insane Aussie hours. Peace lovePEACE & LOVE ! ! ! — vicholas: where's the stupid ms paint meme version...

"YEEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAAAAW"

A distant voice, in a distant place, saved for their loyalty to the Red Lich, spun along their hat as they surfed a brimstone sea...

Zerath sat in the dim chamber, his white hair and crimson eyes reflecting the candlelight. The parchment in his hands told of the news, his hands trembled as he read. He dropped the letter on the table, a corner of it catching fire by the candlelight, and as it shriveled and burned he stood, a cold determination in his gaze. As he left the chamber, he murmured, "Death comes for all."

A crooked figure sat in a dark recess, concealed from everyone's glance, and beyond their grasp. And yet even there, the news were heard; and thus a sigh had fluttered.

A broken oath.

Unfinished promises.

Yet none were forsook.

The fulfilment was long due.

"In amuck hellfire, we will meet." A voice whispered, and shadows stirred.

It was strange.

The Red Lich had left Villorik bereft of many of those he held close, including his nephew Rhys, and his Pontiff Caius.

All the same, though, he could not help but feel a small measure of gratitude to the Hexicanum's fell liege - for the lesson his reign of terror, and his fall, brought back to the world.

After all, a light's radiance was determined by the darkness in which it shone.

Father Theodore K. Brae, a clown priest of Saint Caius stares at the wall of the destroyed monastery in the ruins of Adria/Veletz, painting his face up like a clown. "Why so Serious?" He said to himself in a broken mirror.
