Sketching it out to define light armor, in-case there is, as well updating with the new Techlock in mind.

I think defining it is good, because right now, certain configurations of leather armor could be made to serve as medium armor. I don't think it's a huge deal to permit medium armor or not permit it, limit it to leather armor only, whatever. But it should be clarified, in one way or another, so I can't enter nerdposts with Zhulik about it.
