I believe anything I can say has already been said, either by LobsterLarry or myself. 

 

There was preemptive OOC confirmation that the body would not be stripped, information relevant to that was provided post that OOC confirmation so as to avoid accidentally resulting in metagaming, and only after that information was provided was the information presented in a conversational manner. Following that, the body was indeed stripped which is the only manner the mark could be found, due to it being on his shoulder and Narithen wearing exclusively long coats (which he was in at the time), partially because of the existence of said marking.

 

Voiding the RP post kill is fine, so long as that includes any act of searching said body, for the above reason. The head and eye taken can remain in LobsterLarry’s possession, as I’d include that as part of the ‘kill’ itself. 

 

If we take this route to void the RP, this must also be shared with anyone who had seen the body/informed about the body post death.
