On the 20th of Peter’s Glory 133 B.A. the Balianese Magisterium raised trial for Mikhail Sarkozic per the following Crimes against the Lex Criminalis:

 

• 1 Count of Treason & Sedition (“Lex Criminalis Art. IV.01A): For attempting to influence the Balianese people against their government in the missive title ‘To Claim our True titles’)

 

• 1 Count of Deviancy (“Lex Criminalis Art. V.02A): For false claims to titles that were falsely argued to be ‘Sarkozic by Birthright’. 

These titles being Prince of Providence and Duke of Helena (Titles held by Orenian Monarchs, not exclusive to Sarkozic), Duke of Sunholdt (Exclusively held by the d’Arkent Family), Duke of Lorraine (A storied title, last truly held by Orenian Monarchs and reclaimed from Stassion), Count of Kositz (Exclusively held by the Ruthern Family) and Count of Pompourelia (Lost by Sorkozic var Helane due to traitorous actions)

 

• 1 Count of Forgery (“Lex Criminalis Art. III.05A) For using falsely claimed titles in signatures of public missives.

 

• 1 Count of Impersonation (“Lex Criminalis Art. II.09B) For using falsely claimed titles in signatures of public missives and using the Coat of Arms of the Adrian Sarkozic family without their consent in an attempt to cause a breach of peace.

 

On the day of trial, the Prosecution offered up the charges against Mikhail Sarkozic and presented evidence for such crimes. However, Mikhail Sarkozic did not appear for his day in court and has been found guilty of all crimes levied against him as per Absconding (Lex Criminalis IV.04A). As such he has been deemed worthy for the highest punishment as per the Lex Criminalis and is now BANISHED FROM BALIAN UPON PAIN OF DEATH FOR HIS TRAITOROUS ACTIONS.
