Have you been playing all this time without any breaks or you had to take breaks? I quit LotC entirely it's been a few years and I don't think I'm coming back at all but I still lurk on the forums

Wow, that's really a lot of time on a Minecraft server, I was still in Primary School back then. What makes you keep going?

Oh I’ve had to take several breaks in between the years. Especially since when I joined I was around 15. So a lot of my first years on LOTC were only really spent when I wasn’t busy with school. 
 

I definitely don’t think I’d still be here without all the breaks.

The main reason I still come back after my breaks is my friends. I can honestly say if they all decided to leave LOTC? At that point I’d leave too, but since they’ve stayed I’ve also stuck around and been able to meet even MORE friends because of it!

Ooo that’s a good one. Maria de Rosius burning down her house because her husband’s booze was right next to the stovetop! Yipee!

I disappear for a long time. Then I come back and I try a new idea, something I hadn’t really done with a character before. Make new friends, and restart connections with old ones!

What was your first RP memory from lotc?  Back in Aegis, where my first foray into LotC was my first-ever roleplaying experience, my first rp is HILARIOUS looking back. 15/16 year old me walked up to the Orc lands, saw an Orc

And then I soulstoned away. That day was the day you ALMOST caught captain Lykos Daekon.

I can't even remember my first memory from LOTC I'd say the first most memorable one was when my high elf Salem (I was like 14-15 at the time I made her) had to do her trials to be made 'pure' again... it was interesting! Oh and the time that lab exploded in Haelun'or. Interesting times!
