Keep the name, IMO its normal for confusion to arise in roleplay between characters (as similar confusions have occured throughout human history) if it'd been malicious OOCly then that'd be a different story.

 

As all things, deal with it in roleplay - personally I think it'd be funny considering my most active character once served in the Black Sepulchre all the way back.
