(Found) Looking for a serial killer to end my character's npc parents

A few days ago, I came up with the perfect plan to end my Hyspian character's NPC parents. Everything was going smoothly until I realized I had forgotten the most important part: who's going to kill them? So, I’m here to see if any of you can help me solve this problem and put an end to those poor NPCs.

Why do I need them dead, you ask? Well, it’s for character development, of course, what other reason could there be?
