Estevot read this and immediately prepared. He wasn't going to allow his family to be killed by this cosmic charlatan. He knew all too well the truth about Raguel, who he was, and what he threatened. But it didn't matter. At the end of the day, the current Pontiff didn't recognize what he was following and didn't acknowledge the danger he posed. "May GOD have mercy on us all, and may the Scroll of Auspice's happy ending come to pass after all the strife that we are about to suffer."

HER LAMENT

2018 IMP

A languid sigh, hushed unto sleep-addled lips, as the kestrel brought of the penned missive, unto the Dame, Amélie's effects; a warmth, nary hushed, unto red-daubed cheeks,

decided, unflinching, with the virtue, that they did speak.

" Aengul fair - that you too may lay blind to the our Exalted Father's virtue - and see conflict, whence there's naught, but our Lord God's path & charge.. "

" That would suffer think would suffer aught palm, raised unto our Faith, raised unto our Most Ardent, Faithful Flock.. "

A feather, light & bright, as winter's fall - laced between her digits, a dutiful lament, replete therein.

" I forfeit, and martyr, my very heart & soul; on the pyre of our Exalted Father's virtue, and our Holy Mother Faith - for this is His final labour of me, for by this duty, am I returned by your hand. "

" I pray by His will, that you will see such, this eve.. "

The words hushed, faded unto sleepless, unwavering love, for the e'er heart, of our Lord God's willing flock; a servant of God, soon to meet another.

"The purest of eyes only wills to see the goodliness in all situations, and grows ignorant of the impurity around it," the Aengul set out to meet with the Dame!

"There is only one force which seeks to divide humanity." spoke Haeseni Servant and Philosopher Enoch. "And it is those known warmongerers of the Church, those who seek to force penance upon an innocent man."

"It is truly disturbing how the signatories of the so-called Horenic Covenant would have not invited the Kingdoms of Numendil, Hyspia and the Holy Pontifical States to their meetings. Tell me: Is it true that you have abandoned our Holy Faith and the Vicar of GOD, dear friends? Is it true that you have abandoned our Exalted Prophets, dear brothers and sisters? Is it true that you have abandoned our Lord GOD?" asked Father Marc, rolling over his shoulders in lamentation as he heard of the missive sent by Raguel, the Aengul of Justice.

"I hope this most recent crisis has merely been a misunderstanding. I pray that our friends from Haense, Reinmar, Petra and Balian reconsider their actions for the good of our Faith and Church." the old priest said, before praying for the reconciliation of the Sons of Horen.

“Bit rich for a pack of Owynists to accuse us of Schism.” Remarked Miroslaw Jazlowiecki, ardent upholder of Canonist orthodoxy.

Owyn Hector coughed nervously. "N-Not all Owynists are bad!"

"A church that seems to seek aid from pagans more than some of their Canonist Princes is not one that seeks unity. A church that seeks to punish before showing forgiveness is not one that seeks unity. A church that craves power for itself and a state that it can run, is not one that seeks unity." Spoke an Adunian lawyer at her desk from retirement.

"It is curious an Angel, a being of GOD himself is so intrigued by the politicking of humans..." Atriana muttered, soon placing the missive away in her drawer.

Bishop Alexios stood before the Altar and Tabernacle in the cave Cathedral of St. Arpad, staring with hunger and fear as he watched the shadows danced. He stood covered in sackcloth and his face smeared with ashes as he remembered the Sacking of Veletz.

Horror and Terror. Deimos and Phobos, he remembered seeing it in the eyes of men damned by the unfortunate circumstances of time, birthplace, and allegiance to a Sovereign of their own Tribe. He winced as he stared into the fire - his Malflame burns upon his back acting up - and muttered a prayer for the souls of the departed as he had ever done since.

The Bishop turned to his Acolyte, Father Jude and grasped him, "We must strive all we can to pray for the mercy and grace of Him Who Hung The Stars in The Heavens. He Who Pulled the Firmament from the Deeps is our LORD, our KING, and our GOD ... even for those who afflict us." he muttered, as he turned back to gaze into the hungry flames and began to offered a Psalm and a fatted lamb to the LORD of Hosts,

"My enemies rise up against me O LORD, Against your Annointed Ones they come, Seeking to pull down the walls of Your House and dash the heads of babes against the rocks, Deliver us from our adversaries and restore your favor as in days of old, For if the LORD of Hosts goes before me, Whom shall I fear?"

The Bishop signed the Holy sign of the Cross as he muttered a final,

Albatross pokes a rock, fashioned into a circle, with a stick given to him by his nurse @Asutto With each probe, he aims to get it to roll down a hill, yet the forces of gravity, and not that sort which pulls objects near to the earth, prevent its movement.

”Come on. Get moving! I want to see things rolling!” He cries out encouragingly to the rock, impatience testing his voice, as he continues to prod it in the hopes that it will move on its own.

"The petrans love the mother church, can't you see? That is why they must undermine it at every turn and ally themselves with schismatics." A dying old man heeves out from atop a lounging chair, smoking out of a pipe. "Who am i kidding, nobody is fooled as nobody was ever fooled.. Let us skip to the part where blades are swung."
