To the Faithful of Canondom,

 

As assuredly as the mandate of divine justice is the prerogative of the Temple of the True Faith, the ‘Covenant’ of sacrilege is again as before foiled decisively in the field of battle, and the day draws ever nearer when the Tribunal of the Holy Host shall preside in New Valdev and account for the disobedient their manifold crimes against the Lord and His Church. Let it be known that the obstinate and stiffnecked foes of the Lord and His Church shall be afforded the damnation of their unrepentant lords.

 

 The stubbornness of the Excommunicated has cost the common man and gentry who are called to serve them in arms not only the peril of their very lives but also the standing of their soul. Because what shall be the defense of those who have marched against the Church in arms when stood before the Pearly Gates? That the loyalty to a lord temporal, disobedient and unrepentant, had, after all, surpassed loyalty to The LORD Himself?

 

It is folly to follow in the sealed doom of another's. No righteous man need shed their lifeblood and suffer the loss of their estate for the sake of the Excommunicant.

 

To those for whom obedience to the Church is regarded, who with prudence review the nearing times, know that Mercy is the domain of the Lord and subsequently the mantle of His Church still. Be it known that every Household, noble or common still in defiance of the Church need not follow in the extinction of their lords. To those who see the Lord's justice is nigh, the Temple of the True Faith extends amnesty and return to graces to its Faithful flock. 

 

To those vehement in their hate of the Lord's Ministry, they shall be tried duly, and the inheritance of the wicked shall become the bounty of the righteous.

 

Until such a time as closely hastens as when the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, the Kingdom of Balian, the Kingdom of Hyspia and the Commonwealth of Petra, in their perpetrated attacks on the Most Holy Temple, are defeated in battle and brought to heel before the Lord, the gates of redemption shall not remain barred to those within the domains who know that the morrow is the dominion of the Lord and His Justice.

 

The Divine Right to Rule of the sacrilegious princes, deriving the entirety of its vested authority from the Lord and His Church, as per Scripture and Horenic tradition, is rendered obsolete as a result of their Excommunication and belligerence against the Church. The regal and princely Crowns of the aforementioned are bereft of their divine mandate, that very power that substantiates them, and possess no prerogative to lord over Horenkind;

 

HENCEFORTH, the oaths of vassalage sworn to Excommunicant Joren Manfred of Hanseti-Ruska, Excommunicant John of Balian, Excommunicant Therin of the Petra, and Excommunicant Amarantha of Hyspia, are hereby through the Apostolic Right derived by the Laurels of the Exalted, by Decree of the Pontifical Curia representing the Pontifex in Absentia, declared null and void, for a vow made before the Lord cannot be perpetuated in defiance to Him, and shall no longer bind a vassal to their criminal suzerain in loyalty of arms and/or service.

to discuss terms of amnesty and realignment and the consequent procurement of housing and employment in the Pontifical States or the Kingdom of Numendil.
