Bright wings, bright words. A proverb proven true as a flock of white-feathered ravens took to flight over the new kingdom of man, carrying forth letters to its blest people. In the burgundy wax was the hound-and-cross seal of House van Aert, detailing such:

Harken, good and blest folk of Burgundy—for there comes a call, for a banner is raised, and beneath it we are commanded to stand as one. But let none think the summons are to blade and blood, to sword and scythe. Nay, we must be bound in more than war: in song and rite, in spirit and in custom, under the stern and watchful eye of the Lord God.

Revenge was exacted, and blood answered blood by the hand of King Tiberias. Now, though, as war’s clamor lessens and the earth has had its fill, let our labor be rite and ritual, tome and litany. For as the dust of war settles and stones lie upon stones, so too must we shape our realm’s soul, or else we build only walls and not a kingdom.

 

I am a scribe, and as I have bid my craft obedience, I write to you now. I am to stand as witness to and narrator of the acts of our known world. Such is my penance, to be a teller of the realms of men, wherever it takes me—rain or shine, or scorching sand beneath my feet. Such is my purpose, to grant wisdom to all living, and within that wisdom, impetus. Such is my will, to revere the Creator, the Idol of Knowing, who, in the pursuit and spread of  knowledge, is revered. He is the Father of all things erudite, and his body is reflected in every book and every thought - I would cherish them as sacred.

So it is that I pen to the scholarly, to the holy, to the magically attuned, to the culturally versed, to the musically gifted, to the warrior, to any and all like-minded souls that would join me in such a striving. I bid unto you, men of burgundy—bring forth your stories, your customs, your hymns and sacred rituals. Bring all that speaks of who we are and who we might yet become. Place them in my care, and I shall shape them into books unlike any other—written not only to preserve, but to honor, to bring life to the heart of our people, so that our culture can stand strong beside our walls, unconquerable

Hi Burgundy gamers. For those of you unfamiliar with my work, I’ve a knack for formatting. I can create digital books as you have seen above and can see more clearly here.  I am also able to format google docs to look like so, that, you can see  here.

 

What I am basically offering is to format for you, and for free! It is so long as the topic warrants the effort and ties to the new kingdom of man in some way or another. You can request anything from me, be it a forum post format, a digital flipbook, or a formatted google doc. And if you may have any ideas that don’t fall underneath these categories, I would love to hear them!
