[!] A missive would be posted around Burgundy, Balian, and the other human nations.

"So disappointing, when a man dies for no reason at all. As of the writing of this missive, one Gaspard de Savoie of Numendil was violently killed in the middle of a Court in the square of Grense, in front of the Royalty and the Lords and Ladies of the Kingdom. This was in direct opposition to the wishes of the kind and noble Queen Circe of Burgundy, who pleaded for the men to stand down and allow the Court to continue, but in a most disgusting display, the poor Savoie was slain for the mere crime of walking into Burgundian land with the wrong name. This is likely not to be the first of many deaths as a result of the bloodlust of men in Burgundy, so I urge all people who enter this supposed Kingdom to stay safe. Carry weapons and cloaks at all times and remain on your horses unless it's official business, at which point make sure you are inside and have a clear path to flee should you be attacked. I would also like to praise the good Queen Circe for showing such compassion and grace despite the immorality and cruelty that surrounded her today. I pray to the Lord she is spared of stress caused by such unholy and unGODly men, who speak with their swords and shout with their bows before showing a hint of respect and loyalty to their Queen. A most disgusting and disappointing display. I myself shall continue to watch over these lands, at great risk to myself, to ensure the safety of the innocent and faithful who travel through this dangerous Kingdom."

Would look over the pinned missive a quiver in her lip as she recounted the moment of slaughter, though her face remained stoic it was evident that there was pain within her eyes. "Utterly shameful, to mask a killing under the guise of for honor, glory all for what? in the name of the King? A man did not have to die in front of innocent men, women & children for one to prove fealty to the crown. Though he may have been an enemy, it is no excuse for how our men acted upon this day, I hope to reassure the public and relieve them of their grievances on the matter that he who shoved his blade into the neck of Gaspard de Savoie neck SHALL and WILL be judged for his brash & reckless actions." she would hit the fabled Jesters pose whilst sitting within her chair.
