Though to my knowledge, any skins ST obtain or art. (Minus personal things cause that's between player to player, not a tag). It's been for events or lore pieces. And artists/skinners are generally paid for their work. Why would they constantly do it for free? Idk what this apples to oranges comparison is really. 

 

ST materials are IG, moved IG, sold or made IG. So do the barebones roleplay of such. Skinning it be pretty damn weird having this person saying in IC 'hey. I got a monster skin for ya'. Or saying IC with art 'hey. This would look great on this x piece that is about to drop.' 

 

 

The biggest problem is that everyone and their mother is trading skins for minas these days, it's factually hard for the moderation team to enforce such rules properly. As involving skinning in the roleplay world, there are many ways such as tailor shops and such as we have seen, people have been creative with it, why are you not thinking about those ways ?

 

I guess the respect for the story team has been going out the window when the people responsible for keeping that world intact from outside interference are allowing themselves to be lazy. If you want skins made for an event, ask the people to do it for free just like you are in the team for free.

By your logic, we should buy ST materials using roleplay and at the same time receiving minas for OOC work to buy these materials is also fine, it makes no sense ?

I don't think creatures or baddies from an ancient dungeon are just gonna pop up suddenly to buy a new outfit. Or pop on a monster outfit to do an event but it's really just a Scooby doo villain in a mask. 😂.

How does it make no sense to have tailors in a medieval/fantastic settings ? Did people just wore the same clothes back then ?

I think you're missing the point of what is being said.

Sure, tailors for normal characters?  Makes sense.
For event related entities? It doesn't. Most of the time, it doesn't.

I think its crazy that Story Team members are not keeping up with current lore. Monsters have recently been discovered to be people under masks by a meddling group of kids. Please stop spreading misinformation and purchase your skins from an in roleplay tailor or I will be forced to report you.
