Among all those whom Jay Amaranth had met in his life, Calias was certainly up there as one of those who had had the greatest influence on the man. He'd been among those who had welcomed him, been a good friend, given him some purpose, and taught him much of the ways and histories of the world - some of which many would wish to see buried. For this, and much more, he would be sorely missed.

Ser Honeywine would isolate himself to his room for a few days, his grey eyes would scan to the framed drawing of him and Calias, before facing it down. "Remember not his death, but the good times. Rest well my friend, I shall holdfast." In silence, Arnault Honeywine wept.
