We have fallen into despair; we have entered a decline that dims the brilliance of our glorious past. 

 

We have strayed from the doctrine that once guided us to greatness, allowing vices and evils to infiltrate our sacred city. What began as a whisper in the darkness, scorned and hidden in the corners, has grown to cloud the judgment of all, dragging us into unthinkable acts and leading us to our current plight.

Like a young 'thill, whose dreams have been crushed by those who should be safeguarding our interests and representing our voice. It is common knowledge that both the Silver Council and the Sohaer, along with the absence of Maheral, have failed in their sacred duty.

 

I do not seek to punish, for in difficult times what we need is unity, peace, and tireless work. There is already enough cause for lament without turning against each other; disputes of ego are futile and only weaken us.

 

The doctrine that brought us here has failed to adapt to the changing times and the needs that have arisen. Now is the moment to debate and forge a new and brilliant future.

 

Therefore, to waste no more time, to secure our international pacts, to smooth over the enmities that once tarnished our good name, and to look optimistically toward a new future, I ask you to stand with me and raise together the following demands:

 

• Call for new elections to choose a new Sohaer.
• Election of a new Maheral.

 

A small step to ensure the agreement between Haelun'or, Númendil, and Cauróst. To promote unity without losing our identity, so that Larihei and those who brought us here are not merely commemorated in mere gargoyles, but through the actions of their children, and their children's children.
