The Prince’s Institution doth stand as a beacon of learning and virtue within the Archduchy of Alba, sworn to cultivate the minds and spirits of all youth, noble-born and common alike. With reverence to the ancient traditions and wisdom of the Empire, we seek to forge learned hearts and steadfast minds, that they may grow in knowledge, honor, and service. Through diligent study and noble discourse, we prepare this next generation to uphold the laws, faith, and glory of our realm, ensuring the prosperity and harmony of our people for all time.

Styled after many of the former academic institutions, the imperial academic system is the official conduct of this institution. It embodies centuries of tradition, discipline, and scholarly prowess. This system will uphold all students and professors to the highest standards of the educated imperial mind.

The Academic Calendar
This institution operates on a multi-semester system. Each semester being three saints’ weeks. There are three total semesters within one academic year; this cycle repeats until notice from the administration.
Currently the administration is open to students coming together under the instruction of a professor to organize events for the academic calendar.

Graduation
Graduation at the Prince’s Institution is both an academic milestone and a mark of personal achievement. Students are assessed through a combination of class participation and the final semester exam, which is why consistent attendance and note-taking are strongly encouraged, as professors are not required to provide written materials. To qualify for graduation, a student must complete a minimum of nine classes, typically over three semesters with a full course load. In addition to coursework, students may be required to write a thesis or partake in a final exam at the teacher's discretion, these final exams are meant to demonstrating their depth of understanding and scholarly growth. At the end of each academic year, all qualifying students participate in a joint graduation ceremony, where they receive a certificate of achievement. The head boy and head girl of the campus are also tasked with making speeches at said graduation.

Core Subjects
Each class, when active, is divided into two sections to accommodate differing age groups: a lower division for students aged 5 to 10, and an upper division for those aged 11 to 21, ensuring age-appropriate instruction and peer learning.

This foundational course invites students to explore the evolution of imperial governance, its prominent figures, and the laws that continue to shape the lives of both noble and common folk through a series of carefully curated lectures and discussions

Theology & Canonism
An introduction to the Canonist faith, covering its core beliefs, sacred scrolls, ecclesiastical history, and moral teachings. Students will gain a firm grounding in doctrine, virtue, and the Church’s role in imperial life.

Natural Philosophy & Mathematics
This course explores the divine order of creation through number, reason, and observation. Students will study arithmetic, logic, celestial and bodily theory, and the moral bounds of invention and design.

Imperial Courtly Etiquette
A study of proper conduct within noble halls, teaching refined manners, polished speech, and the arts of style and social grace befitting the imperial court.

Diplomacy
This course examines the art of statesmanship and the delicate craft of negotiation. Students shall study the customs of courtly exchange, the writing of treaties, and the practice of diplomacy both in times of peace and war. Through word and wit, they shall learn to serve the crown and country with discernment and grace.
