just wanted to be sure it was not done that way on purpose, so just so you know the black line on your template is part of the right side of the cape skin or the bottom side of the cape

Nay, only the bedrock VIP has the cape. In the new continent, they will be distributed differently however.

In reply to the Guild Application questions, the App will most likely be out to coincide with the new Continent.

This is due to the fact that we will have a clean slate to work from, which will make the addition of any new RP mechanics far, far easier.
