As we have all been transported to a new Island, the construction of various Highways across the Badlands have resulted in various unidentified individuals passing through, with seemingly no Identification. They have been illegally entering various countries' proclaimed borders, with little to no regard to the safety of the inhabitants that reside there.

As the Highways are being constructed, it is not fully safe to use reliably, so as the construction workers press on, we ask that you bring your ID with you when crossing into different claims, as well as making sure to fasten your and your loved ones' seatbelts, and staying cautious on the roads.

And so the Tawantinsuyin warrior, clad in golden scales, a shimmering blade within his grasp, would be seated upon the highest mounts within the badlands of the Isles of Kalldur. He regularly cleans the blade of his forefather, the ichor of those who bear false Identification, felled by his very hand and prowess. “Kallapasapakuna.” Solemn words uttered by the youth, a phrase of meaning to his people, a thesis that reflects the actions he has committed within these lands.
