Ditto. Smol is incredibly kind, polite and down to earth with a level headed approach to many a situation. If she wants to become CT admin I say let her, she does a lot of work towards it and her diligence will be of great help for this server. If a vote were held she'd have mine in spades.

It’s been 9 months since Hogo stepped down. Daisy said she wanted us to do a whole bunch of new projects to revive CT, then implemented only a fraction of them upon completion. CT doesn’t have proper and ACTIVE leadership save for smol.

 

Not to mention the fact that nominations for admin were opened months ago but then Daisy entirely disappeared from the responsibility of interviews ? This is a massive failing on Daisy’s part and we need a competent leader for our staff team.

Idc how biased my opinion is (it's very biased). I don't know any other candidates so I can't speak for them, but I think smol would make a very good addition to the dwarves admin team!

I do agree with the fact that we need a CT Admin finally, after months of having a step in admin. Personally i think Smol would be a great choice, since she has been putting a lot of work and dedication towards the CT Team and the server. From what I've observed, she is doing a great job. Most importantly she does have the ability to seperate friendship and staff work, when it is necessary. Keeping it 'professional' (I know this is just a server and not a real buisness) and does not help her friends onto staff,  just because they are her friends.

Honestly I've known Smol for sometime, and I cant think of another person more deserving of this position. She has always been kind-hearted, level-headed, funny, and dedicated to the community.

I personally believe Smol is a great choice and this is my personal belief, through the smol interactions I had with them, I think they're a perfect fit, even though I interacted with them a smol amount of times
