In light of the ongoing war across the realms, Aurelith Silevon, filed in joint with the Council of Cerulia, hereby issues this agreement to govern temporary entry and conduct within the city for the duration of the sanctioned fashion event– Fashion Without Frontiers: The Azuras Collection.

Invitations are formally extended to individuals and representatives of Kurai Kuni, the Empire, the Horde, and any other nations wishing to enter Cerulia for the purpose of attending the fashion show. In order to receive temporary access to the City of Cerulia during the event, leaders of the aforementioned realms must sign below, acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms.

1. Temporary Forgiveness & Entry Authorization

The Council grants temporary forgiveness and eased access to Cerulia for Participants who may otherwise face difficulty entering the city. Upon signing this agreement, Participants will receive official authorization papers permitting entry through the city gates without interference from guards or enforcement personnel.

This authorization is temporary, non-transferable, and valid only for the duration of the event.

2.  Neutrality Clause

All Participants agree to remain strictly neutral on Cerulite grounds for the full duration of their stay. This includes, but is not limited to:

• No political advocacy, agitation, or declarations
   
• No factional recruitment or intelligence gathering
   
• No acts that may be interpreted as hostile, strategic, or inflammatory

Any breach of neutrality will result in immediate revocation of protections and authorization.

 

3.  Soldier Restriction & City Protection

Active soldiers, enlisted combatants, or individuals acting in an official military capacity for any foreign nation are not permitted to attend or enter Cerulia under this authorization. Cerulia’s own forces will remain present to ensure safety, enforce neutrality, and protect all Participants. The presence of Cerulite soldiers does not constitute aggression, but rather the safeguarding of neutral ground as well as any person(s) that may need extra security. 

 

4.  Protection Under Aurelith Silevon

While compliant with this agreement, Participants are considered under the protection of Aurelith Silevon. This protection applies solely within the bounds of the event and is contingent upon adherence to all terms outlined herein.

Protection does not extend to actions taken in violation of this agreement.

5.  Event Purpose & Conduct

This gathering is explicitly designated as a fashion runway event.

Participants agree to:

• Conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to a cultural and artistic gathering
   
• Refrain from violence, provocation, sabotage, or disruption
   
• Avoid conduct that shifts the nature of the event from fashion, artistry, and presentation
   

Aurelith Silevon will take all reasonable measures to ensure the event remains focused on fashion and creative expression.

 

6.  Enforcement & Revocation

Failure to comply with any portion of this agreement may result in:

• Immediate revocation of entry authorization
   
• Removal from Cerulia
   
• Loss of Council forgiveness and protection
   

Enforcement decisions made under this agreement are final.

 

7.  Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above and accept responsibility for their conduct while within Cerulia.
