With great pleasure do we proclaim that great interest has been shown in the Rittersberg Mayoral Election of 640 AA. Thus, the election to determine the 2nd Mayor of Rittersberg is now formally underway. This election's victor will serve the Free City of Rittersberg for a term of four years.

 

By this missive, the election is declared open and shall remain so until the dusk of Aurelian’s Glory (Saturday at 9 pm EST). Upon its conclusion, the candidate receiving the majority of lawful votes shall be proclaimed the victor, and a date for his formal oathing shall be announced to the public.

 

Let it be further known that only citizens of Rittersberg shall be permitted to vote in this election, and all voters must have attained the age of majority, that being eighteen summers. Each citizen may cast a single vote, and for one candidate alone.
