Do you deserve transparency?

I do not think the question should be whether the banned user deserves transparency. Rather, I think the community would benefit from transparency. This should be the focus of the debate.

And I understand where you're coming from, I have quite the tally of people who dislike me as well. If I may speak from experience though, posts like these don't get anything changed. You'll raise awareness for a couple weeks, but overall, nothing short of a Josh level protest or a months-long compiled report, ever gets anything done around here. In fact, there's been a bunch of these self-humiliation ritual posts in the last few months. The best thing you can do is bite your tongue and speak through action/inaction (choosing whether to continue giving the server your continued time, effort and advertisement. Being there for the people you feel are innocent and being sure that they actually are innocent), cruel as it sounds, because Navigator is right, this is a company first. You're effectively screaming into a crowded mall filled with apathetic shoppers and employees.

weird some people have many friends who have been banned for "4+ years" But i've been on this server 8 years and my total bans probably count up to a month of total time and all of my combined friends is probably less. as stated by others it is extremely easy to just... yknow.. not break the rules. The case of @harfelur is a rare case that hardly does happen in the grand scheme of things and work should be done to prevent it from happening again, but if you're banned for 4+ years it's probably for a good reason and you should probably just go outside lowk

Why are people disregarding what Harfleur was made to endure and making it seem so insignificant? are you ******* inept man? two years of a false TOS tag, dpm three plus or more years of a false TOS tag. These aren’t rare cases these are people who have been without a doubt wronged and all you can say is “eh rare case the system still works” what’s wrong with you that you can’t have any compassion? Genuinely, think of what you’re made to endure when every person is calling you a pedo mail, that’s what kyle went through. Genuinely. What is wrong with you. These people weren’t and aren’t banned for breaking the ******* rules, they got falsely banned by people who power trip up the ass and come up with new terms to cover up for themselves. It’s not a psyop, it’s the truth. I have literally seen with my own eyes admission to keeping players on investigation bans despite not finding anything and facts being disproven, they just want to keep them for the full 30 days out of spite? jealousy? genuinely. I cannot fathom supporting the server who can’t even apologize.

fr if you want consumer rights you'd have to be paying for a service, and ur literally not. it goes off of donations. stop giving them money if you don't like it enough.

 

also, as others have said. not that hard to not get banned. i've been here for 13 years and caught a 2 week ban for metarallying in 2017. the only people in my circles who got banned deserved it.
