"V - I - L - E - M... Vilem..." The Radovanic murmured as he finished putting down his signature on the complete writ, having put much help into... orating to those who could actually write for the Drazdany. He stood up at the table and raised his flask up to the air; immediately taking a drink.

"SZAVJA DRAZDANJA! SZAVJA BUREVIYSK! SZAVJA TAIZHARSTVA! GODAN PRESERVE EMPIRE ONE THOUSAND YEARS!"

Lukas mumbled to himself as his eyes darted across the page before scrunching it up. "Surely Justinyn will tell me if there's anything important in this." Lukas thought to himself before standing up.

Sat above the snow in the ruin of some crumbling old holding, a most aged Raev set aside the writ with a shiver. Speaking only a slow sigh, he shut his eyes; wondering of what might have been.

Caszmich received a copy of the declaration in the midst of his own letter runs. For once, the man seemed to pause, reading it as the aviary processed his own outgoing news"A good show from the Raevir houses of renown. It would seem Justinyn's vision has come to fruition." He would place the letter neatly into his pocket, before continuing on about his day.
