Experience?: I have done guarding jobs before as well as work in guilds. Not only that but I have been in many battles and I have had a lot of combat experience. I also know the laws in Oren very well and am good when meeting, helping and talking to others. Though I have a good amount of combat experience, I feel most situations can be resolved with talking and understanding. Its better to get the full knowledge of the situation before charging in.

Aims as a Marshal?: Mainly to protect the roads of Oren. I have witnessed quite a few muggings and have tried to intervene but obviously because the lack of a title I've been merely turned away and not been able to arrest the men. It is our duty as Marshals to help those in need in Oren and I am one of the ones willing to help.

Why do you wish to join?: Well because I feel like I need a position in Oren where I am useful. I am in Oren about 80% of the time and I think I should be one of the ones protecting it and the Marshals sound like something definitely needed in Oren.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?: My main strength would be my good sense of listening and understanding. Another strength would be the repair and rebuilding of structures if attacked. My weakness would probably be when I'm not on duty I like to drink. But I recover this by sobering up before working obviously.

What would you do if you saw somebody being robbed on the king's road?: I would intervene immediately and first make sure it is a mugging then I would warn the mugger and attempt to arrest them and take them to jail. If they at any point try to harm the victim or myself I would have to use force on them.

There are a group of men causing trouble in the town you are guarding , you are the only one there , what do you do?: Firstly I'd send a bird for backup because I may be putting lives at risk if I didn't, then I would question the men and warn them. If they do not stop I will then attempt to arrest the men. Again I would have to use force if the men try to harm me of the citizens of the town.

The marshals sound like really promising idea in times, that see great evil running wild in the realm of Oren and I'm glad so see a man I've come to know as a man of great conscientiousness and skill in charge.

However, as I currently reside in Winterfell, I will wait with offering my services for the time being, till you come to terms with Lord Perea and Lady Dawn of Winterfell, about weather or not there will be an office in the town.

We have an office being set up in Celestine , so for some people that applied and were accepted (( And others that I met and accepted IG )) Some of you will possibaly be stationed there. Also , I will be choosing another Marshal Lt. to run the office there when it starts up so I will be watching all of you when you perform duties to see how well you are performing.

The Oren Marshals

What are the Oren Marshals ?

The Oren Marshals are a new division of the Oren Military lead by Janos Baelish. The Oren Marshals protect all the villages and towns in Oren , allowing the guards to spend more time in Al'Khazar and not having to worry about all of the other towns in Oren and we will also have several smaller roadside outposts to ensure safety on the roads. We will have an office in each town consisting of

1 Marshal Lt.

2 Marshal's

Up to 4 Marshal Recruits.

I will be posting more updates here as time goes on.

Pay is currently being decided ( It will be similar to the Oren Guards pay )

Experience?: I was a sergeant in the Oren guard, then i was the lieutenant of Snowy fields, and then i was a Ranger of Alstion.

Aims as a Marshal?: I want to ensure more safety along the roads and other parts of Oren. As a guard i couldn't do that as often.

Why do you wish to join?: Well after you told me about it, i thought it sounded interesting and could prove to be helpful with the problems on the roads.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?: I am good with a blade and a good strategist. However, i am no good with direction. If i was to guide people through these lands, we would never be seen again! *chuckles* I can be very hasty at times.

What do the recruits become if there are are only 2 marshals?

Usualy they will train with the Marshals at that station and when they are ready they will be moved to a different outpost , but if the outpost that they were currently at was very far away , Talun for example , they would probably just stay there and there would be a few more marshals at that station.
