Rimaykullayki, ciudadano of Virú. We bring exciting news!

 

As you may have heard, we have been hard at work recently, and though it wasn’t publicly announced, many of you know why. We have constructed a new, larger city, for us to move into! Our builders have been hard at work, and many people have donated a lot of mina to make it happen. Those who have, know who they are, and have our eternal gratitude. These builders and donors will have first pick of the new housing, as will our court, and council members. As of writing this missive, the following court positions need filled:

Jefes de Medico

 

Citizens interested in these positions should send a letter to Basilio Quyllur Pachakutiq. With the move, it becomes more important than ever to have a full guard, court, and council that is ready for anything. 

In saying such, the following announcement is also to be made.

 

Darona Navino (DBird2) has been promoted to Capitan. We are more than pleased to welcome her to the council, and have faith in her ability to lead La Guardia, and keep Virú safe. With her promotion, we are pleased to also announce that active guards of Virú will now receive a ten mina per year salary. Our guard force deserves a show of appreciation for keeping Virú safe, and we intend to recruit for La Guardia very soon. Interested citizens should send a letter to our new Capitan.

 

In addition to all of this exciting news, we will be holding an auction in the coming days, where you may name a street for our new city! This auction will be available to Virú residents only, and is subject to approval. The funds accrued will go directly to covering taxes, so that all residents may enjoy two years of tax exemption.

Look forward to that, tavern nights, and a festival all in the coming Saint’s week. A time to spend with friends and family, and to enjoy this joyous occasion. We cannot wait to start this new chapter with our wonderful community, and to watch it grow and prosper in this wonderful city.
