You think your army scares me, Albai? Where are your wits and words now? Oh I have chosen wisely, and you are know friend of mine. If you are so desperate for war, I'll be more than happy to drag your coward skin out of you tree and thrash you, and Ill do the same for anyone that stands in my way. Your mouth is big but when it comes to playing games, you run off with your tail betwixt your legs screaming how big your friends are. Well I have news for you, nothing scares a true Orc. Your friends could be giants for all I care, Ill come for you just the same.

Besides, from what I've seen of the elves, I find it more likely that your princedom will rush to your aid after I have already beaten you bloody, and when you call for a counter attack High Princess Indel will call off the attack.

Let it be known that whatever comes out of this, it will NOT be Malinor that instigates strife or war. If this one wishes to be so petty to become so enraged over words then it will be his own undoing.

Words alone are not cause enough for us to go to war or to fight in pointless duels. I have been called many things in my time within Malinor, and if I were to draw my thinblade each time, it would have never rested in the scabbard.

Call me a coward if you wish orc. It is just words. It doesn't change the past, it does not change the future. It is mere words that change nothing. I will continue to serve the people of Malinor as I always have. Your opinion and views will not change that.

Your weapon will not find its mark. You would need to cut down the entire Princedom, the entire forest. It will not happen and is a futile attempt. Turn your attention to something that truely matters, such as the undead. Not your bruised ego. If you think my words sting your honor, what of when the Blight that destroyed Al'Khazar moves elsewhere?

First you call me a liar, insulting my honor. Then when I challenge you to a fair and honest duel, as my culture and honor dictates I must, you cry havoc and say it will be war if we fight. Then you ask me to turn my attention to the Undead? That we should work together?

*Spits on Aerinyes*

That's what I have to say to your Undead, honorless pig. I fear the blight none at all, nor do I fear your princedom of pigs. You claim you want peace with the Orcs but refuse to respect our culture. You think this is just about calling me a liar? It's not. It goes far beyond that. If you cannot respect the Orcs, and our culture, how can you be our allies? Do you think we will associate with pigs that call us liars and barbarians but refuse to accept our culture enough to give us the honorable duel we deserve?

It is you instigate war. You who call the son of the warlord, Warbozz of the Kheshig, and Elder Shaman a liar, which alone is no cause for anything more than a duel, but then you refuse the duel and threaten to send all your people down on a single Orc who comes for a duel, as if I could be stopped by a flock of pigs and sheep.

I come for you, princess, and no force on this earth will stop me.

You will not dare touch her. I will duel you, you coward. You call yourself honorable, yet you wish to kill an elven maiden. Your actions are unacceptable.

You may duel me for your own reasons, but you may only duel in her place should she name you champion. It would seem, however, she intends to name all of the princedom her champion, so you will have to get in line. Might I add that she seems to have an awful lot of friends for a maiden. Most of them male. An entire princedom of friends as it happens. I do recall one swooning mage in particular the other day, he informed me he was very close to your princess. But I'm sure he meant that only in the politest of ways. He was after all clearly very interested in the other elf maid whom he has just saved from a mass of vines. Vines conveniently summoned by one of his mage masters. I wonder if he ever saved this princess from some vines too...

She has expressed she has no desire to fight you. But... she might let me wipe that smug snarl off your face. You are insulting the honor of a lady, and such scum should be dealt with.

You only prove my point, orc. In Malinor anyone can speak freely. Anyone may for example tell the High Princess of their dislike of her, or anyone else on the council. This is our freedom that allows this, so long as threats are not made.

Elves do not engage into duels of 'honor' over silly words. This is not Krugmar, thus your challenge is empty. Had I been in Krugmar when I said these things, I would have gladly engaged in your culture in order to stay. But this was not the case. In fact I have honored your culture, I do not bring my words and my practices to your warnation.

Respect has not been shown to elven culture in Malinor in the past. Why should we practice and respect orcish culture in OUR Princedom? Your kind continuously imposes its culture upon us in our own lands, as you are trying to do with your challenge. Here might does not make right, and it never will.

If you would leave Malinor and take your threats home with you, the stinging words would stop. You say you do not fear the undead, or anything for that matter. But yet you feel the need and urge to strike down an elven maiden a fraction of your size merely to sate your own twisted sense of honor.

Indeed. You will not lay a finger on her, or any other elf in Malinor. If you are seen hurting any elf, you will be immediately detained.

Careful, Albai, one might think that you are suggesting you would like to fight over an insult to honor. Surely Albai are above such barbaric practices?

Culture is defined by the people, not the land. An Orc deserves his honor be it Krugmar, Malinor, or the Krug-forsaken nether. That is the Orc culture. One has right to rule his lands, but honor is of the body, not of the land.

I will lay a hand on some Albai, honor demands a duel. If the princess chooses you as her champion so be it, but she must say it herself. If she does not declare you before I find her, then pray her tiny body is more adept at combat than it would appear. Else you will rapidly learn why only the strong lead the Orcs, and why those who are weak should not make a habit of calling others liars. I swear to you some Albai will die before I am ever taken down by your puny guards. A true Orc would not suffer detainment for a challenge to duel, and I will fight until I have the blood to sate my honor. Be it the princess', her champion's, or my own in fair combat.

Perhaps there is something you do not understand about elves. Honor is a different thing. We honor oaths, we honor our word, and we honor peace. However in war we do not fight toe to toe, one on one. We bring our wits and our immortal wisdom.

If a lone invader makes a challenge and gets cut down by several elves. It was a fair fight. He should have brought more comrades. A tactical blunder.

If he goes black of lip and tongue because his food was tainted, he should have protected his supply.

If a volley of arrows finds his back, well... shouldn't have traveled that section of woods.

If he falls into a pitted trap, he should have watched his step.

You need to ask yourself. Is this the fate you want for yourself? Over petty words? Any conflict you engage on this futile quest of 'honor' will be met with similar conditions. We do not recognize your definition of a fair and 'honorable' fight.

And even if your cunning and tact were enough to allow your weapon to find its mark. Another would take my place. The elves of Malinor are immortal in more ways then one. My ideals and opinions are not mine alone.

The verbal tradition is strong in Krugmar, is it not? You know very well that my words will carry long after I've lived my immortal life, whether it be by natural cause or not.

This is what separates Malinor from the other nations. Our elves are free to speak their opinions, not even the Council can silence them. What makes you think a blade can? I am only one elven maiden of hundreds of elves. I am no better or worse, I am no higher or lower then my peers.

And what point in time did your "Immortal Wisdom" lead you to believe that insulting me and then refusing a duel was going to lead to a pleasant dinner conversation? A "Wise" Albai would know that they speak to an Orc and that a slight to them would dictate a duel. But you speak of strategies and war, so let me share with you some of ours:

When our enemies hide in bushes, and trees, and shadows, we remove their advantage. We set fire. To everything. The funny thing is, fire holds little threat to our desert and sandstone structures, so we need not fear of any backlash from the beast. However any shaman learned in the elements will be the first to tell you that fire is a terrible ally. It consumes all without reason or discretion. Children, crones, homes, farms, forests, legions. Fire consumes all. Even your precious forest. And do not folly by thinking your precious "Malin" can protect your forest either. Krug was always the greatest brother, his strength proved when he alone drove back Iblees whilst the others succumb to his corrupting offers. His wrath alone is a raging inferno that will crush the life out of any tree that defies him.

You seem very intent to bring war on your nation simply to protect yourself from a simple duel. Tell me, lets say you win, lets say somehow your Precious Princedom overcomes Mighty Krugmar. Do really think the victory will come before the worst of any war is felt in Malinor?
