Yeah, sorry all but the orc would win.

The human would promise the dwarf and alliance and then as they charge in to attack the orc together the human would stab the dwarf in the back. While the orc is laughing the elf would slide in and slice the back of the orc's legs, bringing him down. As the human swings for the orc's head he'd find a battle axe in his stomach from the dwarf, who is still not dead.

The orc is now enraged and lops the human's head off. The elf knocks the dwarf's battleaxe away, leaving him alive and the human just writhes around screaming about revenge and a counter attack that will crush everyone. The orc silences his words by stomping his foot on the human's head. Now the elf and the orc face off one on one. The elf avoids the orc's attacks by dodging around and making small slashes into his skin. But the orc is too tank and eventually lands a blow that hacks off a limb. The elf submits and declares the orc the winner. He laughs ferociously and then honours his nation's allegiance by sparing the elf. The orc then pisses on the dead human and the dwarf bleeds out.

There's many different ways that this could unfold, but based on LotC experiences, this is the outcome I would envision.

I don't know... I think it could depend on the place of battle. A lot of trees would give the elf an advantage but rather a rough environment would give the orcs an advantage. The dwarfs would be useful underground and the humans are just your regular old either ruins, plains, Etc... So I'm on the fence for this one.

My scenario-

Dwarf+Human and Orc+Elf alliance at first.

The Dwarfs realize how the Humans are not holding up to their share of the fighting and turn on them, leading to a two front war for both races. The Elves and Orcs are at a stalemate- when ever the Elves leave their forest fortress, they are massacred by the Orcs and vice versa.

Orcs commit some of their military to attack Dwarf lands, meanwhile the Dwarfs have by now taken Alras and overwhelmed Galahar.

The Elves have started their slow, painful advance up through Orc territory. Their main plan is to cut Krugmar off from the Cloud Temple. A possible Dwarf-Elf alliance is formed because they will be able to completely surround Orc lands.

The Dwarf force that had taken out the Humans now slams into the flank of the Orc army attacking Kal'Urguan. The Orcs retreat, but are annihilated by Dwarven armies.

50% of Orc military power lost in battle, Dwarven front wide open.

The Dwarves advance deep into Orc territory, trying to take as much land as possible before the Elves get to it. They leave the job of clearing Orc cities to the Elves.

Meanwhile, the Elves dispatch a force to attack Kal'Urguan from behind.

As soon as the word of the besieging of their capital reaches the Dwarven armies, they immediately dispatch half of their troops to aid. Because the Dwarves control King's Road, they are able to come rather quickly. The Elves are defeated, the Dwarfs advance from behind Kal'Urguan to Malinor. Dwarfs attack Krugmar.

Malinor is split in two. Krugmar falls only to the Dwarven master siege tactics.

Malinor either becomes a protectorate or is occupied by Dwarven armies, Kal'Urguan becomes the capital of Aegis, Dwarven field armies mop up resistance, the world is at peace once more.

I was of the impression this is about 1 person from each race, rather than all out war
