And please remove/rename the Thane title,just so unoriginal....

Thane was a title used in Anglo-Saxon Europe to show that someone was above the peasant but under the Lords and Nobles. It was normally given to people based on a service or deed they did to their kingdom. But, many people who play Skyrim will confuse it with the game, so I changed it to Baron for now.....it may be changed back to Thane, and people will just have to realize that I mean the Anglo-Saxon version, not the Skyrim kind.

Well damien, we know their is an OOC grudge between yourself, aimed at me, to which, i've been hearing you've been spewing out rubbish about me,

On the same topic; Im mearly saying, The fact of the matter is; That Dez used the one time only land, to null the price of Azar, to begin with, to which, I hear again; Is ... One... Time..

That is all I was getting at, plus, I do not think the monks would fancy the same guys to whom offer them nothing but the same deal as before, this is all IC, and the monks allow us on their land for the reasons that we spend all our time, patrolling roads, to keep them safe from bandits;

Further more, to open up A land near ours, would possible cause trouble between our two factions once more, to which obviusly the monks would attempt to try and Avoid, henseforth making my point, validated. No more on the matter.

How to get a protected plot: Make a charter in a kingdom specific subforum with the appropriate amount of signatures & Mina.

Here is the faction map.

lotcwallpaper2.jpg

Building in the wilds does not require a charter. If you're a donator, charters are not needed for your plot to be protected in the wild.

If you want to build in the wilds without a charter that is fine, but you will not receive protected land there without a charter or a diamond and or bedrock VIP.

Charters in the wilds that are not paid for, do not go to bedrock.

NO WHERE, does this specify that a Diamond/Bedrock VIP may ONLY use it once. No Where.

It is respectable that you are posting on our charter, however we do not enjoy the fact you post irrelevant and statements as lacking as the ones you have stated.

I can see why you posted what you posted, however, we were just happy on submitting our charter, and you post a negative statement. Come on man, seriously?
Your point is not valid.

Our factions / towns cannot engage in conflict due to the terms we agreed upon about that war. Your argument is invalid.

From where have you heard I have disrespected you?

If you heard this information from a GM, they would have posted on here disclosing that fact. Furthermore, your source who gave you this information is not reliable, and I don't know where you heard this, but I am not fond of these statements you are making.

This is the summary of my post;

  • From what I've read, No where does it state you cannot use VIP twice to null a price.
  • Your argument is invalid, we cannot engage in conflict / war due to the terms set.
  • You are incorporating IC information (the monks allowing us) into an OOC post.
  • We are going to have a town/city 100 blocks from yours, therefore it does not break the 100 block rule between locations

    Have a fine day, Damien Dracaena

In my eyes, you are just simply trying to get our charter denied.

I will add this to the charter information - diamond and bedrock VIP's may only wave the fee of another settlement if they are in no way in control / involved with their previous one.

Captured / over thrown plots must be chartered for as we need to see if the faction use them appropriately

Thank you for this response.

We are no longer involved with Azar, therefore is his VIP allowed?

EDIT: We have lost control of Azar in a GM approved War Claim and therefore we do not / are not involved with the settlement, so that should work, right?

I agree, You fled to salvus and lived with them correct? Why not try for a town there or in the contested area? ))

I am afraid you are misunderstood, we were offered a refugee tent as temporary shelter by the Queen of Salvus most graciously, this is not a permanent shelter but a form of gratitude because of the hard challenges and events that occurred to our former town. We are not allies of Salvus officially, however we do engage in friendly relations with their officials, and we believe their morals are correct, however we prefer the beautiful, majestic lands of Cloud Temple.

Anyone who has not already done so, or is a loyalist of Azar / Seventis, we would request most graciously and it is appreciated if you comment / post feedback and support in regards to the acceptance or approval of our charter. We anxiously await to reconstruct our town of Seventis, to show Asulon we haven't given up -- and we are motivated, determined, and ready to create a one of a kind, well-managed and secure town, that will perhaps become a city or nation in the near future. We are committed to becoming great, and we hope that others will realize our determination will get us far.

Thank you,

Damien Dracaena, Steward of Seventis

*replies to the charter with a small note on the message board embroidered with gold etching*

"Wit the rebels within the same territory, would conflict not arise? I ask that both factions seek my council as we should have a meeting concerning this proposal"
