What was Galhar's mining at? Because only a diamond pick is sharp enough to pierce the skull without significant force. A simple slip wouldn't produce the leverage needed to kill Galhar. If you don't have a high enough skill then you wouldn't have been carrying a diamond pick. also, was a diamond pick found at the site? If not then it would have only been stone or at best iron. Neither of these would have held a sufficient edge to cut clean through Galhar's head. So he would have only been wounded. So yeah... he's still alive. Hope i helped.

As you enter the cave that leads to the guild house, you see Galhar lying on the ground. You look at him to see a pickaxe lodged in his face. The drunk fool tripped and stabbed himself... you also see a giant mug of ale tipped over, spilling ale everywhere. There's a note on the ground.

"If you find me dead, I drank too much."

*laughs*

"Are our standards dropping? Are we hiring drunks now?"

*laughs some more, then devours the corpse. Waste not want not.*

Those monks should really think about hiring Skippy, he's got a magical touch ._.
