Combat skills:

All my life, all i have known is war. My Father died at the age of 52 fighting for Alras, he was a blacksmith and taught me all i know about swords at a young age before he left with my brother. And my brother died protecting Aegis when the undead struck, even when there was no chance of success. Since my Father died i have fought for Alras. I began by joining the Alrasian Guard, and i served within it for 4 years before founding the The Order Of Vigilant Steel, which, was honored by the Alrasian Council after the battle at the Undead's Keep in Aegis. And later, joining up with Alras after travelling to Asulon to form The Alrasian Order of Steel that still runs today, but with new leadership. All my life i have fought for Alras. And now the great war is near, i would do anything to fight for her again.

Non-combat skills:

Although brought up in a combat environment, the skill to war is preparation. And preparation includes skills that are not combat related. Setting up strategic fortifications for my guild meant hard labor. And through hard labor i built up my expertise as a miner, working long hard days to make sure we had enough materials to cater for the guilds need.

Experience:

Experience is where i excel, i have lived in Alras all my life and have fought through hard times. My first job was in the Alrasian Guard where i served 4 years of my life protecting Alras. I then retired and started up my own guild, which was then honored by the Alrasian Council for aiding Alras in its time of need. After the undead stormed Aegis, i went through a hard time in loosing my brother and so i traveled for 5 years in search of new experiences. Now i am back and wish to serve Alras once more. I wish to aid her in her wars, whether that means fighting as a soldier, or leading soldiers to glory.

Why you want to join:

I have lived in the Nation of Alras all my life, i lived the in the City that was only a dream for its High King, and proof that when challenged with impossible odds, you can come through. This whole Nation has been a inspiration for me all my life and i have lived in it and served it all my life. The people who make up the Nation are some of the most friendly, warm hearted and spirited people i have ever met and from living around them and with them, has given me a stronger urge to protect them and the City itself from all who threaten it. And now in its time of need, when it calls out for aid against a threat to Asulon and to Alras, i will sign up and help in any way possible.

Although looking for a role as a Officer as personally i believe that is where my skills lie, i am more than willing to server Alras as a Officer or a Soldier without hesitation.

From a young age I have been trained in the ways of the bow by my father and then myself after his passing, I am a keen huntsmen and archer who likes the thrill of the hunt and the challenge of a battle ((Lvl 30 archery)). I have also been training over the past few months with a short sword, training in the outback against the undead i have gained the ability to kill my enemies swiftly and effectively ((Lvl 40 swordsmanship)).

Non Combat Skills:

As I have spent the bulk of my days in the wilds i have learned to judge my surroundings well, by using the knowledge of my surrounding area i have the ability to take the tactical approach in battle and come out victorious almost all of the time.

Why Do You Want To Join?

I wish to join the Alrasian army to first and for-most to defend Alras and its people from whoever would threaten their safety. I am a keen archer and therefore am looking to be a marksmen and serve atop the walls of alras defending from the undead and whoever else gets in the way of my bow. I am not though afraid to get my hands dirty and use my steel blade to cut down my enemies on the battlefield.

Today, I had heard that Alras and its allies will be going to war in the next many moons and I wish to aid the war effort by lending my blade and my life to the army and its ideals.

Other:

I am looking to become an officer later in my career with the army, but I am happy to serve the army with full commitment as a soldier on the front lines.

Combat skills: Not the best warrior but I can handle my self in battle. ( Swords are 40 and Archery is 4.)

Non-combat skills: A very skilled farmer (100) and have some other skills ranging from Lumber jacking to blacksmithing. Lumber jacking (50), Mining (36), and blacksmithing (36).

Experience: Currently a part of the Alras farms (both the fields and lumber). Have met many solders within the military and spend a majority of my time in Alras.

Why you want to join: It seems that it would be a great opportunity to defend Alras in it's time of need. Just being a farmer I feel that I do not serve a purpose if the nation was to come under attack. I realize I am not the best warrior but I can handle myself in a battle.

When I was still young the undead had invaded Alras, for days after at the new camp my father trained me even harder incase of another attack. When I was still young Ageis was struck with huge damage and my father was lost, I was left to fend of for myself, my blade is my soul.

Why you want to join: I would like to join the Alrasian Military due to a few reasons, one mostly due to its discipline and order. I would be best suited as a Scout or Messenger, able to survey a battlefield and determine defensive fortifications, as well as charting out unknown lands for a later movement of a main column of Alrasian forces. If need be, I can also give my bow and War-pick to the frontline, fighting alongside my companions with a fanatic devotion to Alras and her people.

Why you want to join: IC: Aye', well. Every since I was a lad, I had always aspired to be in the military, whether it be the bannermen of the duke passin' by, or as simple as a solider walkin' across a field. With the new war happenin' it seems that now would be the best time to take advantage ah' that dream! The Alrasian Order fights with purpose and tat's something I can get behind!

OOC: The Alrasian military seems to be something that would be very enjoyable to join, structured, and well worked out. All the aspects of something that I would like to be apart of, OOC, as well as IC.
