Ouity listens quietly to Arbrek's conversation, having finished his with the strange man. He mutters to himself.

New city? Secret clan bruhahas? Seems like it's worth investigating...

Ouity begins to stride out the door, with the events of the day weighing heavily on his mind.

*Raises an eyebrow, deciding to give the man the benefit of the doubt*

"Walls... of black fog surrounding Asulon? And we can't physically cross them, can we?"

*Sighs heavily, and puts his half-empty mugs down on the counter*

"...So what you're saying is, we're stuck in here."

* Brayden stands away from the group supporting himself up with the wall. A grin of cheekiness sits on his face as he slowly slices an apple with a small knife. Noticing Mungo shivering with fear, he consumes an apple slice, rolls his eyes and exits the building without a word.

Ned Lud'Gorkil, briefly breaking his fast from a long hunt, slogs to his feet at the mention of "evil" and "darkness". He draws his axe, clutching in his one good hand and grimaces at the pitiful man's story. The old warrior casts a scowl upon the other sheepish listeners as they stare into their ales, doing nothing.

Cowards.

With a spit and a snarl he lumbers out the door, heading straight for the wilderness.

*Roger mutters and shakes his head in disbelief*

This... doesn't sound good...

I thought we were free of any Darkness here in Asulon...

((One OOC remark:

...and I couldn’t breath, almost as if something had sucked the oxygen right out of the air

This killed my immersion... oxygen itself wasn't discovered until 1772.

And even if the air you breathe is void of any oxygen, you can still breathe. You'd just faint because of a lack of oxygen rather quickly.

I suggest changing this to "as if something had sucked all life out of the air"

))

*Mili listens to the man while drinking a mug of ale. Obviously drunk he then then shouts out * "Some danger aint notin' to us! We Dwarves can fight it! We can even take on a Dragon! Some old man's worries might danger the humans but not us!" *Mili then faints from the drink.*
