Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Ildon is a town dedicated to the Westfall region of Ildon and the Kingdom itself. It is a hierarchy in most of the sense yet there is some freedom. My workers are not tied to the land and may leave freely. I pay tribute to the king, through the crops we shall plant, and through the protection my Knights and guards offer them. My serfs shall have to pay me a few bundles of wheat, but they shall keep some for themselves to eat. My guards and knights shall be of my Houses' bannermen, and shall answer to me or the other lesser lords on the manor. ((It basically goes King,Ministers,Me,my lords,Knights, Serfs.))

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.) I would expect my residents to exhibit a nice behavior and to be kind to travelers,merchants,officials, etc etc. If they do not demonstrate kindness and hospitality, and do not work, I give them warnings. If you go to far I will have my guards evict you for such, as it demonstrates disloyalty to Renatus and the Castle. Orc's however would not be allowed to live in the city, for many a time have the Orc kind have fought and killed my people. ((I will allow a few unruly ones to stay if they do their jobs, as their presence could later lead to good RP.))

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc): Architecture will be based off of the serf homes and business's of the high middle ages. The town will be close together, and in the middle of the village is where the Great Hall will be located. The Adunian people, my race shall live here in vast nubmers.
