I have seen young cubs speaking in full. The only decent cub I have seen is Mystery. He RPs a cub very well. All the others have been able to climb tall trees and talk.

Slightly ruins RP if you ask me. It's almost like saying a three year old baby can use full sentences?

Ok. I only use the axe because my father gAve it to me. The hoe is more of a toy then anything else I am not being taught farming but I use it to poke and prod melons.

You can have an axe, but you could not use it in any way, and you would tire quickly, because at your age, you'r still weak.
