'ail me brothers and sisters. Thanks to all of ye, I 'ave won thee election of being thee new king. Now, I will implement a new government system dat will get thee dwarves back into track.

DWARVEN GOVERNMENT

The Government is headed by one King and three Elders.

The Elder go under the following categories:

-1 Elder for War

-1 Elder for Economy

-1 Elder for Mining

War Elder Economy Elder Mining Elder

((* next to their name denotes owner perms to the region))

*War Elder:

-Controls Legion and Guards

-Can designate responsibility and command structure of said groups however he wants

*Economy Elder:

-In charge of setting price of general Kingdom owned shops/housing

-Oversees the two of the four main economic Guilds( Lumber and Farming)

*Mining Elder:

-Runs the two main mines within the Kingdom, the public and private mines

-Oversees the other two major economic guilds (Mining and Smithing)

-Gathers Ores collected from the Guild and, after giving pay to the miners, stockpiles the rest for the Kingdom

*Grand King's Responsibilities:

-The King has final say on any discussions ( Unless overturned by unanimous council vote)

-Oversees the Architect Guild

-He declares war but ONLY if majority of the Council agrees

-He can be replaced if the Elders and Council agree upon a new leader

Council:

-All first generation Dwarves are automatically on the Council

-Vote on matters concerning the Kingdom and any decisions about it

-Can overturn King’s decisions if there is a unanimous vote

-ANYONE can be put on the council if they show devotion to the Kingdom

Grand Meeting:

-Once a week all the Elders, the Grand King, and the Council will meet and discuss

(If that is too often it can be changed to however often a meeting is scheduled)

Improvement Meetings:

Once a RL week the Grand King and Elders can host a meeting where any Dwarf can suggest ideas that will be voted on by the General council at their next meeting.

Roles within the Goverment:

Grand King:

Stronghold Braveaxe

War Elder:

Grimrik Braveaxe

Mining Elder:

Skippy Irongut

Economic Elder:

Mili Irongut

Council:

Kilgrim Irongut, Hiebe Irongut, Longbeard Braveaxe, Gimrik Braveaxe, Stronghold Braveaxe, Skippy, Mili Irongut, Darius Irongut, and Magna Grimmhall.

Ah, so I've been replaced without notice or consent by my cousin who left the guild and didn't wish to return? Ah, what glorious times these are. I also believe I should be a part of said council. I shall await your response.

I am truly sorry Darius. I dought ye weren't around 'wit us. I know ye pretty well and I know ye 'ave been active as thee Mining Guild leader. I will grant ye into thee council.

So I see I've been thrown out of the council. But wat bothers me teh mos' is dat, teh Architect Guild does not 'ave a single representative in teh council. Teh new city of Khaz'a'zharr was built by teh architects, and not te mention te repairs we made fer Karik. And all uf dat was made frem te pockets of te architects, and not a single thing was given te them frem te kingdom. So te way I see it is dat te kingdom ows teh architect one and a half city, and despite dat ye decide not te place any representative from teh architects in teh council. Everythin' from te guard section wher te guards stand te defend ye, to teh cubby holes wher ye sleep in, teh chest rum wher te kingdom stores its items to even te council rum ye will have yer meetings in has been made by teh architects. Everythin suroundin ye has been made by us, and ye kick teh architects out from te council. Really?

I will not stand by seein teh Braveaxes and teh Ironguts decidin over teh faith of te dwarves. Not when te Ironguts left Karik te go make ther own, and left te reconstructions to te Grimmhalls. Then te Ironguts return and automatically get several places in teh council, while one of te most active houses in teh kingdom, who built te capitals, is left with nun.

I am surry Magna. Ye 'ave been 'elping thee kingdom alot lately and dat I dank ye. I will 'apply grant ye into thee council. I will also talk to Bazian who is a Blackaxe, to see if 'e is intrested in being wit de council.

(( Added him. The only Blackaxe I know that has been active in the kingdom is Bazian, but problem is that he isn't going to be on that much anymore. ))

Ined! Ah am an architect! The reason ye were not yet in the council was we 'ad only added First Century Dwarves. We hadnae added the people who had been dedicated to da kingdom.
