Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a kindhearted person who has kept a good moral record in most things that I do, i.e I don't grief, and I try to contribute to the servers I play on and make a good impression to other people by helping when possible.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: It varies, but maybe 4-5 hours (on weekends)

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is a way of escaping all of the trolling and bitterness in the real world, and immersing yourself with people who share this reason for RP-ing.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I roleplayed in WoW occasionally, but other than that, none at all.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-Gaming is like presenting information that, for the most part, your character would not be able to obtain without asking questions, i.e. saying "Hello, Derp!" (if their IGN is Derp,) when it clearly says it over their head.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Overusing game mechanics to a point where it give you a small leg up over everyone else who does the same task without overusing game mechanics.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I imagine this server will be full of people who enjoy RP-ing and, as so, respect the "common rules" of it, with few griefers and people who actually put thought into the design of their houses (I hate seeing floating dirt houses >:( )

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:I have played of many PvP servers, one being HCpvp.com (or something close). I left the server because, eventually someone came along and filled my house with lava and love notes after stealing the contents of my chest.

How did you hear about us?: My friend, who was informed of it by his friend.

Character Name: Oios Steelskin

What Race are you?: A dwarf, lad!

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race):

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Oios Steelskin was an orphan in a small village off the map. He struggled most of his life to scrape by, until he discovered the forge. He sat by its warm coals on winter evenings and listened to it crackle. The blacksmith who owned the forge found him asleep by it in the morning, and took pity upon him, raising him as her apprentice. He was gifted with the art, pumping the bellows with a single hand, and hammering the steel into shape faster than many could. His master eventually shifted to a motherly position in his life, calling him son, giving him his surname, Steelskin. He has light brown hair that is very shaggy, and he rarely bothers to cut off, even though he often gets embers lodged in it. His life was never a hard one. He overcame many an obstacle by kind means, never needing to raise his voice, and even though he may have lost a few coins by negotiating that way, he earned back via his prowess in the Forge. He is currently the age of 27, and has left his small unnamed village to seek riches and bring pride to his name by forging weapons for the mightiest of kings and barons in the land.

What is your Character's ambitions?: Oios Steelskin hopes to bring pride and honor to his name and seek riches as a world class blacksmith.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Oios Steelskin's weapon of choice is an Axe.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Oios is adept at the forge and can create mighty weapons.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: I walk inside, and look for imperfections in the sword and hammer them out, making it a nice new sword. Who knows: the next adventurer may need it more.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? I walk into the camp, and try to arrange a proposal where I will repair broken tools and weapons in exchange for food and a place to rest.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: I offer to tag along to quell the threat if necessary, but try to avoid combat if possible.
