Ack, I hate these questions. I’m a student at University. I hate writing assignments and I adore orange high juice. I’m a typical girly girl as well.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

Hopefully a couple of hours each night, if university work allows.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

Roleplaying is stepping aside from your day to day life to be a totally different person. Almost like stepping onto a stage and playing a different character.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming means to use OOC information and use it IC even though there is no possible chance your character could know this information.

Powergaming means to Means giving a player no chance to fight or speak, for example [GUARD: Get into prison. THUG: No we shall fight first. GUARD: No I caught you get to Jail]

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I’ve heard only good things, so I think it’ll be really fun and interesting!

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I play on Crafthammer frequently. I haven’t left them as I haven’t had reason to.

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

From a young age, Giovana travelled with her father. She never knew her mother, but often wondered why her skin was so pale than that compared of her father’s, even though he swore blind that Giovana was a southerner like him, she was never fully convinced.

Giovana never went to school or settled in one place for long, however, her father took it upon herself to teach Giovana all he could. he taught her literature, history and geography to help her know about the world around her. Giovana, as a child often found herself wondering about the world, willing to explore it rather than to read a book in an old tavern.

It wasn’t until Giovana was 10 that her father grew tired of constantly moving. They set up home in a tavern. Her father had acquaintances all over the south, finding somewhere to stay was not a problem, but they needed an income. Giovana would do small jobs around the village they had settled in whilst her father would pour drinks for the soldiers at the tavern. Living in a place that was often full of shadowy and mostly drunk men wore on Giovana’s innocence. She was no longer the carefree and fun-loving small girl she once was, but rather a hardened teenager skeptical of those she met and not quick to trust.

When Giovana was 19 years old her father contracted a disease that was unbeknown to the healers in the area, forcing them to move to the city to try and find proper medication. She traveled the long road to Galahar and purchased the cheapest accommodation she could with her father’s coin. She found a job at the merchants on the corner of her street and worked from 5 in the morning till 10 at night trying to raise enough money to afford treatment for her father. The city she lived in was one of cutthroat business and little empathy, which only shut out her former self even more.

Now Giovana’s father is running out of time and he needs an expensive treatment to rid him of the plague he has contracted. The money Giovana makes from her job in the merchant’s is not going to sustain her for more than a week let alone pay for something that costly. She needs to either find a way of earning a large sum of money in one venture, or contact the shadowy men of Galahar’s underworld and succomb to their ‘business proposals’.

Giovana has very delicate features. She has big, bright grey-blue eyes that are hard to depict emotion, and long brown hair which is wavy and falls down her back. She has a pale complexion and wears a long dress to cover the majority of her. She is very fresh faced and could even be described as beautiful however she would never use the description herself.

Your characters ambitions:

To get into work quickly to save her Father’s life, no matter the cost.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

Giovana would watch to see how the situation pans out and if the bandits leave, as she is not the best at fighting. If the situation seems to spiral, she would look around to see if there was anyone around. If not then she would help the elf after, helping him with any wounds he may have attained. She would take him to a healer if she had the money, but would usually treat the wounds herself.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

“Hello to you, Sir. I hope you are well today. You wouldn't happen to have any vacancies for work, would you?”

“I’m sorry, Miss. We haven’t any available”

“Please Sir, Is there no small errand I can do so you can see I am trustworthy? I need to earn some form of coin”

“What skills do you have that will be of use to me?”

“I can run fast, and deliver messages for you. I can look after the shop when you need time to rest, gather supplies.”

“We shall see. Come back tomorrow to prove yourself.”
