A portly grey pigion flutters onto the messenger bird perch. Polgrath returns to the room to find it waiting patiently. Taking a dagger he slits the envelope and reads the attached application. Tossing a ball of greenish smoke in the other hand he holds the stained parchement reading the short list. Retrieving a quill he sits and writes in return.

Ye made the journey all the way to Crestfall to speak to me first, and seemed a skilled and trustworthy lad. For your reference ye left out a bit on yer application but I shall overlook it for my personal knowledge of ye character. You are in

He looks out across the ocean, as the ship he is on sails towards Asulon. He had seen the message of this particular guild in the last city he was in but has waited until now to send off his trusted bird, a green and blue tepid winged bird larger then any pigeon. He takes his time writing the note. He ties it to his bird and sets if off to Polgrath.

Greetings, I am Nare Titor. I have been traveling around and have seen your message. It would be a wonderful adventure to join you. Though it will be some time before I reach Asulonian shores, I hope you would consider me to be apart of your guild.

Do ye seek adventure, knowledge, and companionship?: Yes I do, I hope to go to many places in search of a way that will lead me, a human, to something that many humans have been in search of. Immortality. Joining your group seems to me the greatest chance of finding, and achieving Immortality.

What combat skills have ye? I am pretty good with a sword though probably not the greatest, I hope to get better as time goes on if I join you and your group.

As a final note, it will take a while before I arrive on Asulonian soil, so I hope you do not look over this for my being unable to get to you in a short amount of time.

Polgrath, you've caught my attention. While I don't know any magic yet, I fully intend to learn magic and how it works. Because of this I fit into neither of your guild's defined groups. I would however venture to discuss magic with you given a time and place. A couple birds flutter in almost simultaneously, one, a green and blue majestic animal of seemingly tropical origin, the other a weather beaten disheveled pigion. Polgrath returns from a meeting with the Head Mageshield. Leaning his new gem embedded staff against the wall he takes a seat and reads both of the messages.

To the first he pens a reply:

"Ye seem of the most interesting and honorable sort from your application I believe ye would fit well here. Immortality tis... a challenge to put it lightly, and I cannot gurantee in any fashion I will lead you to it. But ye never know...perhaps somewhere hidden away is what ye seek.

You are accepted upon your arrival to Asulon.

Then the second he readies his quil for:

Ahh Leyu I look forward to the chat. Although your aims are a bit... different I am sure we can find a place for ye. Meet me at Crestfall and send a letter to let me know when ye can make it.

He stamps them both with his new seal, a dragonfly midflight and sends them both off to return to their letter senders.

*Polgrath sees the note fluttering on the side of a message board

He writes,

Aye that ye were, no need for application, for I have been well introduced already. Welcome aboard.

Gladius reads the sign intently, his interest peeked. Gladius turns and walks to his personal room in the Wilven Sanctuary, he searches through his chests and takes out a quill with some paper. Every once and a while, Gladius looks up to remember what was on the application. Gladius sets down his quill and leaves his room with the piece of paper.

Soon after, Gladius comes across his usual courier, he happily gives the scowling dwarf 50 minas, the location of where the letter must go and a bird cage holding the letter and a bird. Nodding, the dwarf heaves the bird cage over his back and leaves Gladius behind in the sanctuary.

*Polgrath turns his head as another letter flies in through the window, carried by a well-kempt bird.

This piece of paper is of fine quality and sealed well. Opening the envelope he scans through the contents of the application. Soon he lays it down and grins. Grabbing for a pen he responds

Aye tis finally a delver? Tis my lucky day! Ye seem a most interesting member to have, and I would welcome ye to Crestfall. Pack your bags to be our third magic user. You're in.

After receviing his letter Nare waits for the boat to take him to the docks. Mnay days passed by and finally he arrives at the docks of the Cloud Temple. He walks off the boat and heads up the pather to the center of what seems like a courtyard to him and sits at the table, writing another letter.

Greetings, Polgrath, I have arrived into Asulon. I cannot wait to start adventureing with you and the rest of the group. Just send me a bird of where to meet up at.

Another feathery messenger descends through the window of the near finished head quarters. Polgrath reads the letter and pens a short response.

Set off to Crestfall, laddy we are now one and ten strong with your addition and I look forward to greeting ye personally. Crestfall can be reached by boat from Arethor or the Cloud Temple, I reccommend the Cloud Temple as Arethor charge an arm and a leg for passage.
