Lobo walks past the notice board , a piece of parchment in his hand. With a heavy sigh , he places up the notice for all to see.

T'day , I , Lobo Under'ill 'ave decided 'ta step down as 'te Sheriff. I've been Sheriff fer' a long time now an' I believe it's time fer' another 'ta take over. I shant be leaving 'te Vale though , 'tats fer' sure ! I'm goin' 'ta 'ave even more time fer' drinkin' , writin' stories and 'a that now ! I'm sure I'll find plenty 'ta do. I 'ave spoken wit' Faldo and we 'ad an idea fer' a changeover celebration. Bili Hollowmead is 'ta become Sheriff o' 'te Vale. In 'te Changeova' Celebration , I will step down an' 'and give Bili 'te shovel o' 'te Sheriff an' much partyin' will be 'ad in celebration o' 'te new Sheriff. I'm sure Bili won' let any o' us down !
