If you do not report back you'll be considered as a deserter and hunted down by the orders of his Grace, Duke Aerios Vallark I and myself, Captain Symodimi Dracaena *Another phrase is written under the previous one in smaller characters* "Hunted down" doesn't mean you'll be killed.
