Stop Using More Player Models Halfing Size For Goblins

I have seen many many, Goblins use this very small size height for Goblins, Goblins are not 2-4 feet tall, they are not weak and stupid to level that i have seen played sorry for using the word but they seem retarded, Goblins are 5.5-6.8 feet tall, so they are the size of most normal humans, they are smaller than Uruks but they have sinewy frames.

sinewy means

1.

having strong sinews: a sinewy back.

2.

of or like sinews; tough, firm, braided, or resilient: a sinewy rope.

3.

having conspicuous sinews; stringy: tough, sinewy meat.

4.

vigorous or forceful, as language, style, etc.: a sinewy argument.

Goblins are Highly intelligent beings, capable of feats of intellect, and advanced developmental capable.

Goblins are not cute innocent creatures, they are Orcs and share Orcish beliefs, laws and traditions same as there Uruk kin.

Goblins use there intel to get out of slimy situations with there Uruk brothers, from years and years of practice they come to know that they can not face Uruks with force, but with tricks of the mind and playing them against each other to get away from a Uruks fist.

They are not Mad Doctors or Mad Scientists, those are only the 1% of most Goblins and they are killed straight away, by chucking them from catapults.

And they are only mad when they are enraged by blood-lust.

We have always been a race that have been proud that we stick to our lore, and I see that this is a large slap across the face.

I've always thought it fit the goblins... to each their own I suppose. And most goblins have a reason to have different ideals, form what I've seen.

I know, when I eventually roll a Goblin, Ill probs use Halfling :/

They've adapted :3

But honestly, I love this new sense of partially stupid and cute goblins that are really small ^.^

^^ If you use halfing then you break our lore, if you wish to break our lore then go ahead, but know that we enforce lore ingame.

Kill the goblins then for being weak and inferior. RP approach for something happening in RP. That is what the majority of people say whenever someone tries to solve something through means of a thread/post in the forums. Perhaps a warclaim will suffice? "Weeding out the Weak" perhaps? :P

But anyways, I don't know much on the goblin lore in LOTC. But whenever I see those short Goblins running around. I don't know. It just fits. It seems right. But you created the lore. So no one knows it more than you, I guess. :P

When you encounter an RP issue, il solve it threw rp, but this is mostly and ooc issue with ignorance towards lore, physical a Goblin can not be that small.

Can't argue with that then. Maybe whenever you see someone who is making such an offense you should PM them and inform them? Many people don't look at the forums often enough. This problem can be solved pretty quickly. Maybe I'll take it upon myself to do the same whenever I encounter one.

I havent seen a single Goblin rp being as big as a normal human, this and every other game/lore pictures goblins as small. Still not as small as the Halflings though. RP has adapted to this and lore for the change can easily be made. I quite enjoy the small Goblins.

I fully agree.

This recent surge in midget goblins running about as if they broke out of a mental asylum is pretty weird, but funny.

I'm not entirely against the idea of these small goblins, but surely some lore or whatever as to why they are small should be made.

Whats bugging me most is all these Orcs and Goblins in Arethor. Does being a whitewash not mean anything anymore?

Yeah, RP has adapted to Goblins being like this, and I think it's more fun this way. It's not a major breach; let's just rp it how we prefer.

They aren't whitewash. Most of the goblins act accordingly to how normal orcish/goblin society behaves.

Therefore not being whitewash and not having to be annihilated.

A whitewash is when someone acts as something they are not. For instance an orc acting like a human. Speaking perfect common, and frolicking around picking flowers as he holds little children hands

Its not up to you to change our lore, I created the lore and I mantian it with the Orcish Lore Team, also when or where have we ever said Goblins are that small?

Straight from the Wiki

Goblin - Orcs of the goblin bloodline are notably smaller than other orcs, usually reaching five to six feet and not exceeding seven feet, with lean, sinewy frames. It is said that the origins of the goblin bloodline began long ago, when orcs intermingled with elves and bore offspring. Goblins generally exhibit heightened intelligence and advanced technological abilities when compared to their larger brethren.

Most players would rather it be this way, and the change doesn't really majorly affect anything, judging by the amount of Goblin's RPed in the "Lorebreaking" manor.

I fail to see why a such a large group doing such a minor change is such a problem.
