Ehhhh....

1) With the current snapshot, you can destroy the frames by pushing the block it is on with a piston... this could be exploitable to bypass the shops and thus gain the item inside the frame.

2) Is there going to be a "chest-like" interface which allows the owner to visually see how much stock he has?

3) Will the shops accept both Emeralds and Mina notes?

1. That may be fixed with upcoming updates, else we will fix it ourselves if possible.

Might just be me, but I vote no, now I feel a lot of people will rage on me becouse of this statement, my reasoning is, no will bring more roleplay, instead of simply walkign to this chest you will have to ROLEPLAY with this person on this ROLEPLAY server, but might just be me..

Yah, but then it will be very difficult for people to purchase what they want, as it is now. There is very little trade going on due to lack of chest plugin, something which I feel shouldn't be the case.

they would have to be changed... not too much though i could make it look really nice with walls for the items... like make it so that each stall sells a max of 8 items... well ill show anyone my idea later if you care...

I voted no, I like the idea yes, but I really liked our last shop plugin (full of bugs and such I know) but if we could take the old plugin and tweak off of it I think it would be pretty cool.

My reason behind the item frames not being a winner for me is that it seems to bring us back to the old chest shops, where it was one item per (unless I had read it wrong or missed anything) which means I need one to sell each piece of one type of armor, and a whole new set of frames for a different type of item.

The last chest shop we had, I enjoyed because I was able to put multiple suits of armor in it, and then I had a different chest for weapons and tools and such (being a blacksmith and all I do have a bit of wares to sell) I do see another upside though, I could make a suit of armor on the wall with the frames and it could easily appear to be an armor stand.

Thats just my two cents, I don't mind the idea of item frames provided it does allow you to stock multiple of un unstack able items like armor and such, that would be another + over the chest shops.

There will of course be a limit for normal members, yes. With VIPs having more.

On the first page there, limits with one items per frame also limit us pretty hard (I'd need a good bit of frames for every piece of leather armor through to diamond armor, before different tools and tiers... )

The one concern I, like many thers, have is that each frame could ny have one item. This could be a problem for certain types of shops with expensive but rare items.
