Powergaming is a bannable offence, please do not make sarcastic jokes. We are aware that powergaming is concurrent with emote RP. I stated within the thread that the first step to the procedure is to analyse the situation to objectively decide whether a victory is probable, if they fail to cohere to these rules actions will be taken.

All for the RP fights but just my opinion it's more of a hassal to RP fight than it is to PVP fight. I just can't trust that the entire community is good enough to understand how to properly RP which causes more problems than there were before.

Most people come onto the server to roleplay not to kill each other and get items (Or so I hope).

Sorry Brett, but some people come onto the server to roleplay as fierce warriors that end up killing people, also they don't do it for the items ;)

Unless by items you mean blood and guts on my boots and some bones to put in my soup.

I am curious though, why are we going with "role-play by default" backed by law, yet we still have the skill system of a Survival SMP/PvP/Factions server? It seems contradictory to the spirit of the server.

If they run randomly, submit a modreq, provided they had little RP supporting anything or did not give you a chance to react. The most important thing is to enjoy the RP, where is the fun in just submitting a modreq all the time. Either just let them go and just take it as RP, if they are just running and refusing to stop to RP or whatever... then make a modreq as such.

As per the rules, no PvP shall be engaged without the permission of the other person.
